"Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team."

"Housekeeping ruined my sleep literally every day by talking loudly outside doors, banging things, slamming neighbouring doors and knocking when clearly asleep etc. I came here solo based on the reviews to rest because I have a stressful job and went back home tired. On my last day I was woken up at 11:30 even though check out was 12:00. Also, I accidentally poured a bit of juice on the floor which was never cleaned. Moreover, I had to request bed sheets. The only positive was the bar staff who were AMAZING and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. One night there were no chairs and they made space for me to watch entertainment. Cocktails were 10/10z The food was not great so I ate out most of the nights. You can see clips of the hotel on YouTube: I went to Tunisia alone Angela Nakiyingi"
