Great Time

Bars of the hotel. Very good service. Very friendly atmosphere. Very fast service. Have been to italian restaurant a la carte also. All waiters at the bars in the lobby and basement are very heplfull, professional, friendly and eager to help the guests and their needs and know beforehand what to suggest us. Very good coctails, coffee and turkish tea. Especially thanks to Nazly, Muhammet and one more not tall slender brunette lady at the lobby bar. As for the seaside - everything is very well except sometimes local people do fishing very closely to the left border of the hotel's plage, so in this time it's not pleasant to swim in this corner.

Before I elaborate everything, I will say this: Average. Am I satisfied: well, I am. Would I come again: No. After arriving from the airport with two small children, the room is not ready even after a long check-in time. After an argument, we get a better room. We enter the disaster room. Everything dirty. Only changed bed linen. Chaos. The guest relations service solves everything after a few hours. Food in abundance, but you have to be among the first to arrive, because the best food is not replenished when it is gone. Most foods are not labeled. Mediocre service. The waiters try to get away. Something is always missing. Or it is not served. The pools are very big and beautiful. The beach is great. The water is beautiful and clean. Sunbeds enough for everyone. The only serious drawback is that the city beach is next to the hotel, and the locals constantly enter the territory of the hotel beach. Praise to the guest relations department.

Just back from a fantastic week at Crystal Centro. We went early July so not many (if any) other English people here so we did feel a little “alienated” Food and drink on tap, you will never go hungry or thirsty! Even a 24 hour snack bar incase you get hungry at night. Close to all the shops and bars and land of legends is a must! Never had to fight for a sunbed and the pools are huge! We had 3 teenage boys with us and they loved the slides, the beach.. and the little pier ledge you were allowed to jump off! My only one complaint THE BEDS ARE RICK HARD!! And the rooms we had did have a balcony but they’d built a strange brick wall in front of it 😂 but we only used it for drying towels so did not bother us. Would definitely go back here again.

It is time to rate our one week stay in Crystal Centro, our second experience with Crystal hotels after a one week stay in Crystal DeLuxe two years ago. Let’s start by positive aspects : the rooms are rather fresh and fully compliant with the description. Amenities are at the expected standard. Special mention for food and beverages with a really nice buffet in the main restaurant (there is food for every taste there) and several A La carte options, accessible without reservation and at no extra cost (Italian, fish and seafood, Turkish). Globally the hotel is well managed and you feel the caring presence of the management staff, that takes care of details and is reactive to take actions when it is needed. Of course, a lot of activities are available, as well as a show and live music every night. Huge swimming pools, water slides for all children age, and a beautiful private beach is complementing the setting. Some potential improvements : Dark Curtains in most of the rooms are too short, you should ask the guest relation managers to fix it, they can easily fix it by adding an extra length of curtain. We reserved through the Central reservation for Crystal and Nirvana hotels, and at the same time reserved airport transfer back and forth. On day of arrival, our transfer was not waiting for us at the airport, we had to call the hotel and struggle to find a solution with the hotel night manager, who finally sent us a car. I generally do not recommend to use the Central reservation service, they are not responsive and not very professional (as our transfer failure is showing), better to reserve directly with the hotel in my opinion. In general, the paying services are expensive : for instance the Spa, not the best we have experienced in Turkey, is quite expensive in comparison to similar level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay a lot and we recommend Crystal Centro. The location is also very good to visit the area.
