"The best part is infinity pool view and its bar , the room is so clean , The food could be more diverse, and it would be better if the hotel staff could speak English. Compared to other Rixos hotels like those in Antalya and Dubai, they could have more varied programs for children, such as cooking classes, nature tours, and similar activities. The drinks were of good quality, and the music at the beach club was really good."

"From airport pickup to drop-off on the airport and all in between was taken great care of the staff. ,staff was very polite. Very helpful and friendly staff, plus the swimming pool and sauna was a nice add on and the temperature in the pool was great. I liked the location of the hotel It was near the beach . Inside the hotel building has its own restaurant, supermarket, boutiques. really helpful. Panoramic window of the room with sea view was amazing. Panorama restaurant at 8th floor was really perfect. Disliked · Breakfast was disappointing. I was not satisfied with the breakfast. There was little variety and there was no fresh bread for breakfast. The breakfast quality was not at all acceptable for a 5-star hotel, it was at the level of a 3-star hotel The only positive point of the breakfast was the presence of a professional coffee machine."

"The hotel's main advantage is its location. It's practically the only hotel in Aktau with a direct view of the sea and direct access to the cliff path. The inflated price is due precisely to the location. The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable. Water is always available. The breakfasts are delicious and varied; one day they even served sturgeon for breakfast. Upon arrival, we discovered a clogged drain. The problem was fixed within 24 hours. The hotel's main problem is the internet. There's internet in the hallway, but not in the room. I contacted reception twice to ask for it to be fixed, and they promised to fix it, but it never happened during the six days I spent there. Internet is a basic service that a five-star hotel should have, and I downgraded my rating specifically because of the internet. Everything else is fine (if the price doesn't bother you)."
