Хороший, отель. Номер sunset с красивым видом на закат. Завтраки достойные. На ужин всегда большой выбор рыбы, креветок, мяса. все не попробуешь. То что брали - вкусно. Понравилась система заказа напитков и фруктов по QR коду. На пляж, у бассейна. Удобно.

It was our first time on Xanadu Island All Inclusive. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent, lots of choice. Spa was excellent, very relaxing. Things to improve: hotel rooms and overall appearance needs updating a bit, need to install smart TVs in rooms and provide some English speaking channels as we had a few days of bad weather and spent more time in the room, it would have been nice to watch a movie in English, but all that was offered was news channels in English. More daytime activity needs to be offered please apart from Pilates and yoga, maybe a trip out on a boat or walking tour of neighbouring town etc.. Staff need to brush up on English language skills a bit as communication was difficult at times.

Just back from my 3rd stay at Xanadu Island, which I think already says a lot and the hotel remains fabulous in every respect. It's the sort of place we go to do nothing, just to relax and unwind. It's designed for that and does it excellently. We absolutely love the staff who really go out of their way to make it special right from the newest cleaner all the way to senior management. The hotel is always clean in rooms and public areas. The restaurant/meal choices are extensive and good quality. There are always enough beds by the pool and ordering drinks via their app is simple and efficiently delivered. Julie and I have already booked a 4th visit. If you want a quiet and quality holiday, see you there.

This is our third year in a row, absolutely fabulous experience we had manicures and pedicures today done by the lovely Fatima who is an absolute expert and I'm so pleased with how my hands and feet look (this is done inside the hairdressers next to the spa) Jen was so very friendly and attentive and chatted away about my hair and all sorts of things and helped make the experience perfect. You need to go visit to make your luxurious holiday 100% I honestly cannot recommend the Xanadu island enough everyone is friendly and you are made to feel so very welcome, the food is delicious and there is always so much to choose from. The puddings are exceptional so make sure to leave space ☺️ ohhh and make sure to go to the rosebud bar at 12 noon for coffee and cake 😆 very luxurious rooms which are more like apartments and the cleanliness is again 100% go and book it now people ☺️☺️

We have just returned home from Xanadu island after our 3rd consecutive stay. Well what can I say, everything was just perfect again. Every member of the management and staff work so hard day and night to provide us with our requirements. Check in was easy it’s nice that staff members remembered us from previous stays. It was nice to see Alperen and Arda again. House keeping did a fantastic job cleaning to high standard and replenishing toiletries etc . Mini bar was topped up daily with drinks and snacks. All the bar staff were friendly and hard working we used the QR code system to order drink’s& snacks most of the time and they were delivered to our table or sun bed they even got bought onto the sunbathing pier which was fantastic. Food and service was excellent again in main restaurant and the A La Carte restaurants . Thanks to Omar and Nesli who led the team and everyone else who looked after us. We used the complementary laundry service and again our clothes were immaculate far better than I could do! It takes the stress out of returning home knowing that 90% of our clothes are clean and fresh. We would like to say a big thank you to İbrahim the guest relations manager who helped with all our requests he is such a professional, hard working member of the team. Also, last but not least thank you to the General Manager Ismail. You lead a very good team of courteous ,hardworking members of staff, it was so nice to see you each day and always be there for feed back etc. We miss you all , so have booked our 4th return visit for same time next year. Fantastic hotel.cannot be faulted Something for everyone. Brilliant restaurants. Pools facilities. All the staff are excellent. But the following merit extra praise. Dining room.. Kaan. Mucahit Omer Tanju. BARS Gudya our lovely Cinderella. Bowling/Sports bar. Cengin. All the above gave Oscar Winning best supporting roles and deserve high praise. All in all a paradise holiday . Spoilt rotten.
