Beautiful hotel excellent location hotel on beach front Marina is also near hotel awesome food and service very very helping hotel staff specially Mehmet Ali in front office. From day 1 he upgraded my room and then help me very much to find my money Actually i forgot all my money in my hotel room and i check out ffeom hotel to airport then I personally call him and asked him I left my all money in my room He then do very help to me find money and my money is handed by him specially thanks to Mr mehmet Ali

We stayed here last year and had a great time, even recommending it to friends and famiy. Unfortunately, our experience this time was not the same, mainly due to the poor attitude of the reception staff. One of the receptionists, Merve, answered our questions with an angry tone and was quite impolite. They were not helpful at all with anything we asked for. We felt unwelcome right from check-in. Overall, the reception team lacked professionalism and experience in handling guests, which was disappointing. That said, we want to highlight that the beach service was still excellent—friendly and efficient staff who made our time by the sea very enjoyable We hope the hotel management addresses the reception service issue, as it greatly impacts the overall guest experience.

Daulet was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. He personally showed us to our rooms and made us feel right at home. Every morning, without fail, he greeted us with a warm smile, and he always took the time to acknowledge us whenever we passed by. His genuine hospitality and positive energy truly made a difference in our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and his kindness never went unnoticed. Daulet is a true asset to the hotel, and they should feel honoured and proud to have such a dedicated and personable team member. Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is perfection. Fun things to do- beach, tennis, wind surfing, gym, message. Rooms are clean and nice. Located 45 minutes from Bodrum downtown. There are fun nearby stores and restaurants in complex
