Fantastic green getaway experience Very good location with peace and quite for families. Check in experience was fantastic and fast. House keeping responsible for cleaning was good. Will come back soon. Wonderful weather also in winter.

The property and staff was very kind and helpful. However we were there without a personal vehicle and really could not get around over there. And s should be mentioned to guests to have own vehicle or be prepared to taxi around long ways.

Green Mubazzarah Chalets, a hidden gem in Al Ain. Great location, quiet, peaceful, very pleasant and a super clean chalet one bedroom chalet (inside & out). But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, especially Mr. Basil at Reception, an amazing friendly & professional gentleman. A gated property, good for families, safe & clean. Very spacious chalets fully equipped with split ac units, tv’s, fridge, microwave etc. Very spacious rooms and good running water pressure etc. with a bbq pit in the patio outside. Lots of greenery and parking space too at the chalet with cctv security. You can order food from their restaurants or even Talabat delivers here.

Suitable for someone who looks for a peaceful environment, sitting almost idle, looking at the Jabel mountain and get mesmerized by the green loans inside the resort. There is nothing much kids can do in this resort.

Very clean and well maintained villas. Friendly staff who provided us the exact Villa we had requested. Very quick check in and check out process. Television services can be improved a bit otherwise overall a good staycation

Its our third time staying here in a span of two years-thats how much we like this place! We recommend it to everyone we know! The house and the area is spacious, clean, and the lcoation is perfect for family with kids. Now we plan to make it a compulsory trip to Green Mubazzarah chalet every winter.:)

Amazing spot for family leisure. Well maintained. Another home to stay away from home.Nice Barbecue platform on the back side. Appliances and cutleries included. TV’s need upgrade for smartphone casting enabled for Netflix etc.

First of all the reservation from the website was a disaster, No confirmation email or message Once reached only came to know about extra tax Then nobody to direct to the location after checkin No information or explaining about the events or activities over there Plus the internet fee additional 50aed was no where mentioned and the staff response was ridiculous .. The money i have spend and treatment i received was never upto mark

First of all let's talk about privacy, you have your own privacy , I'm going to the same place from 2016 till today never saw anything dirty or not cleaned but there is a big issue with the house keeping that they are little and they have alot of work to do , all the stuff are friendly even the security team , thanks to the gm for the hard work and thanks for every one who's works hard
