First ever to experience this kind of Hotel and paid a high price with this kind of concerns. 1. My friend arrived on time at 3pm but the room still not ready, we check in at 4pm and offer us to have 1 hour late check out but not that the issue the issue is we are managing our time to suitable to our trips to not affect our Itinerary 2. During check in Poor reception since I book the hotel under the name of my friend he required to pay the room (Double Charge) since my friend doesn’t have idea because I surprise him as a treat that’s why he don’t know it was paid but some how should show to the system our booking is fully paid. 3. Room are not cleane well 4. Towel, Toothbrush and toothpaste is not ready you have to request to the room attendant 5. I book Non smoking room but they Give Smoking Room 6. Luxury room doesn’t suitable with the Price I can book for this price a others very nice hotel 7. Refund for double charge should get immediately not wait 14 working days. 8. WiFi are poor to reach at bed area 9.Fully disappointed I don’t complain to the staff they at look lock of manpower. 10. Hotel restaurants are staff very accommodating specially to the manager Mr. Khalil

"The hotel is a bit far from the airport, and the check-in process was very slow. The front desk staff asked me to pay an additional fee even though I had already paid via Trip.com. I explained this, but they still made me wait while they checked and asked to see my booking documents. Not impress this hotel service.

I request non smoking but but my room can smoking and to face towel

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

This hotel is very, very, very bad. It doesn't match the price and description. The price is similar to the St. Regis Hotel I stayed in Dubai. The room is very small. A family of three can't make room for it. The bathroom is even more unreasonable. It's the same as the 7-day stay in China. It's a sea view room, but looking out the window is a gray concrete yard, bumpy, but with an edge, and then there's the sea directly. There's no beach and no people, and people can't go down at all. The breakfast is even worse. I went to the restaurant at 10 a.m., and it was dark. The tables were cleared slowly. I greeted the waiter and asked him to be faster, but he ignored me. The food was even more indescribable. I changed my itinerary and checked out early, which was particularly unpleasant. Ctrip officials tried their best to help solve the problem, but in the end I still suffered most of the losses. It's not worth it, it's really not worth it. In a word, Chinese people should not choose this hotel. It's not good to stay, eat well, and get the service you deserve. Really don't stay here, don't listen to my advice! I didn’t even take a single photo, because if I were to take a photo, I would only take it because I thought it was beautiful, but after entering I really didn’t think it was beautiful, I just wanted to sleep, and the final result was really speechless, so I didn’t take a single photo, but please believe me, don’t make a mistake!!
