"We arrived late(3am) and past check-in time(12pm), and we knocked on the hotel door with no answer. We had to curl up in the car that night. It was actually our own fault for asking and forgetting to inform the hotel of our arrival time, but the hotel still refunded us for the night we didn't check in, and they were very friendly and made our night's unpleasantness disappear
and the hotel is near the hot balloon area which has a very good view of the balloon, just like these picture"
"The boss is very enthusiastic to help us with a very reasonable price, arrange the transfer, chartered car to the Temple of Dandela, so that we can enjoy the journey very comfortably, do not worry about being resisted. The most worth mentioning is the location of the hotel. Many attractions are about10-20 minutes away, including the craftsman village of (golden city of stem), the giant statue of Mennon, Temple d'Amon, which makes pharaohs and noble objects in front of the hotel. You can also take a walk in the nearby village to experience the life of the locals. The only fly in the ointment is that the room and bathroom equipment are a bit old, and many lamps are broken, so at night, the room and bathroom light are a little insufficient, and dinner is expensive."
"It is a very beautiful resort, and the best in Luxor. Enjoyed the spacious compound and view of the Valley of the King and Nile River from the hotel resort. The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I like the spa, thermal area and infinity heated pool, which was the most relaxing experience. Highly recommended stay."

"The entrance location of the Karnake Temple is about the middle of the temple on the road from Luxor Temple. The navigation is not possible. The free travel is paid attention to and a large circle is circled. All temple hotels can report small groups with cars and it is convenient."
"The hotel has a good location. The room was not luxurious but reasonably clean. Hot water comes out well and AC works well. The biggest reason to choose this hotel is that the staff are very friendly. Also the breakfast was reasonably good. After a hot day of travel, it's great to swim in the pool. The boss of the hotel offered an affordable tour, which I liked very much. I want to say thank you."
"Luxor is an ancient city, so one shouldn't set expectations too high for hotels. This one, located right on the Nile, is old but well-maintained, not dilapidated. The sheets were decent, and the air conditioning wasn't noisy. All things considered, it's not bad at all. Plus, the hotel is quite spacious. And the Nile is right outside the door."
"It's a beautiful hotel with beautiful hearts on the west bank of Luxor. It was a 20 min drive from the airport and 15 min drive from Karnak Temple. The view from the rooftop is amazing both morning and night! Great local breakfast too. The room was very clean and basic toiletries were provided."
"This is west side of the Nile so please realize that before you book. This property is a short drive from the Valley of the Kings and other west Nile attractions. The power went out both days I stayed here at around the same time in the afternoon. The room was pretty basic and it did not eat at the property. Overall a basic room with no amenities. They do have books you can read similar to what you see in hostels."
"I stayed here in early January, and while the location is convenient, my experience was mixed. Upon arrival, the reception area was surprisingly dark despite it being daytime—most hotels usually have sufficient lighting. The lobby area, right in front of the rooms, was also dim with no lights, which felt unusual.
The room wasn’t soundproof; I could clearly hear people talking outside, which affected my comfort. The window locks seemed flimsy—you could shake them, and I could feel cold air seeping in, making the nights especially chilly.
Overall, I’m unsure if these issues stem from budget constraints or just maintenance oversight, but better lighting, soundproofing, and secure windows would greatly improve the guest experience."
"This location, I really can’t compliment it. I feel like I’m in a slum. I wanted to go out for a walk, but many people came to say hello all the way. Although I was not offended, this feeling made me very scared. The whole environment outside is dirty. There is a small room like a stone in the hotel. Fortunately, the garden is really good. The space is very large. The main reason is that there are too few people. It is a little panic. Let alone the wireless network. The whole mobile phone has no signal. . The whole is very depressed. . It was messy outside and the room inside was too small. I really thought about fleeing all night...
The main location really scares me 😟"
