عند سفرنا إلى الإمارات اخترنا الإمارة الأولى رأس الخيمة... نظرنا إلى عدة مناطق ولكن لم نندم على بقائنا في ميناء العرب🤩 إذا كنت تبحث عن الحفلات والنشاط فهذا ليس المكان المناسب))) هناك مواقع بناء - جميع الإمارات تحت الإنشاء، ولكننا لم نشاهد أي رافعات في البحر. معظمها مباني منخفضة الارتفاع 👍 ولا يوجد عمليًا أي مباني شاهقة الارتفاع. تستيقظ المنطقة بعد غروب الشمس. حسنًا، الآن عن شقق وفلل جانا الفندقية فندق جانا هو الضيافة، وممشى جميل، والقرب من شاطئ رائع غير مزدحم، في أي وقت من 9-00 إلى 18-00 سيارة إلى الشاطئ والعودة، وكراسي التشمس، والمياه المعبأة في زجاجات، والمناشف - متضمنة. مقابل الفندق يوجد حمام سباحة بمياه عذبة نظيفة للغاية!!! وجبات إفطار ممتازة، وقهوة لذيذة - اطلبها بدلاً من القهوة المحببة / لن يرفضوها 😅 يتم تغيير التنظيف والبياضات عند الطلب كل يوم، لا تتوقع الخدمة بدون تذكير ☝️ نورا في البوفيه رائعة، وإبراهيم (من القاهرة) في البار رجل مرح، ويتحدث الروسية 🫶🏻، وفاضل في الاستقبال ودود دائمًا وموجه نحو العملاء. حسن حبيبي😍 كنا نعيش في شقة كبيرة مكونة من غرفتين ومطبخ. يوجد سوبر ماركت بجوار الفندق حيث يمكنك العثور على كل شيء، بما في ذلك اللحوم والمأكولات البحرية وحتى منتجات Mirotorg 😄 بشكل عام، كانت عطلتنا العائلية المريحة على الشاطئ ناجحة. لننتقل إلى دبي ✌️

環境不錯，設施一般

不錯的，就是房源太少

The beach and swimming pools are not same place with hotel, need to take transportation to go there

Very good place for families vocation

الغرفة متوسطة، قديمة جدًا وعتيقة. الإفطار ليس بوفيه ولكن عليك أن تطلبه.

Good location and quiet place.. more facilities , shops and restaurants around

Greate place to stay, excellent stuff, special thanks to rooms service guy Name Krishna for professional stuff, rooms are clean and comfortable to stay , for familys for business trip also just for relaxing , they have restaurant pool everything

We are staying janna ras Al khaimah is it very good place and the staff is so friendly and good person the name is Krishna and Sachini the place is good and pool is perfect and big one also it is perfect days there I want go there again really I enjoyed there

Villa where our family stay in v17 Delma villa was very nice and amazing. Cleaning wise villa was super.. interior of villas was great And comfortable.. rooms has all the Required amenities..overall everything was amazing.. sea view from the villa is good

Krishna,Sachini, Santosh very friendly, very hard workers,left the house clean and smelling fresh. They are always available for the services. They never refuse any works. They talk with respect and always with a smile. They are trustworthy person. They even made the bed in a decorative way.

The Overall Experience was Absolutely amazing from the custom Bed Arrangement to the Breathtaking Ocean View from our private Balcony, We Enjoyed Our Stay throughly The Staff were Excellent and I Would like to give a special thank you to Ms.Ladylyn, Sachini and Noura aswell as the rest of the Team for Making Our stay so Memorable and Special

The hotel staff are really helpful and supper caring specially Krishna and Sachini from housekeeping , they remembered our preferences, excellent in attention to details, and understanding our requests. There's also an outdoor playground for kids.

Krishna from the housekeeping , Faisal and Lady from the front office exuded the best customer service which we were happy about . Apart from the best customer service , they also know everything about the property which made things easier for us
