We’ve been visiting Alaçatı for about 10 years, usually once or twice a year, and have stayed at many different hotels. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at a hotel of this type and category. It seems that the management has changed or the property has been handed over to a different group. The staff were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality training. They weren’t friendly, and despite the “please clean the room” sign hanging on the door for three days, not even the trash was emptied. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled, drinking water was overpriced, and coffee at breakfast required an extra payment. It’s clear the place once had charm and potential, but it’s no longer being taken care of. I had hoped my young daughter’s first holiday would include fond memories of a nice hotel—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

We stayed there in March 2025 and here are the reasons why you should choose another hotel: 1. The rooms are quite small and have almost no facilities. There's no kettle to boil water & the safe cannot be used. 2. The bathroom is too small, the water is cold & there is no shower gel. The water taps and the showerhead are almost broken so the water splashes all around. 3. They don't clean the rooms, don't give you toilet papers if you don't ask them, and charge you 35 tl for a small bottle of water. 4. Breakfast is not included & you have to pay 10 € which is not worth it. 5. There is nothing you can eat or drink in the hotel & you have to walk for 12 minutes to get a decent cup of coffee or tea. 6. It is not near the city center or the station. 7. The staff are neither friendly nor helpful. You can get much much better hotels with this price.

Sibel Hanıma Teşekkürler 🌸 Çok tatlı bir müessese, aile sıcaklığı var. Sibel Hanım her konuda yardımcı olmaya çabalıyor. Tek sıkıntımız konuma gittiğimizde oteli bulamamamız oldu, bunu bir yönlendirme tabelası ile çözerlerse sorun kalmaz. Bir daha Alaçatı’ya gidersek yine kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir oteldi, çok merkezi. Kahvaltısı da çok yeterliydi, odada buzdolabı vardı (bize mi denk geldi bilmiyorum ama kaldığımız diğer 3 alaçatı otelinde buzdolabı yoktu). Ortak alanda vakit geçirmek de keyifli, bohem bir havası var. Tavsiye ederiz.

Çok keyifliydi Otel çok güzel, çok temiz,çalışanlar çok kibar, kahvaltısı çok güzel sadece beyaz ekmeğe alternatif ekmekler sunulabilir ve yemek olarak ızgara bir şeyler eklenebilir çok fazla karbonhidrata yönelik bir menü ya da dışarıdan yiyecek içecek olayı biraz esnetilebilir. Odadaki minibar çalışmıyordu ama sorun olmadı. Tekrardan tercih ederim fiyatları uçmadıkça.
