My partner and I stayed here for twelve days. Our room was great and every member of staff were amazing. I am partially disabled and have restricted mobility. But the Hotel was accessible, and our room also. We were on the third floor close to the lift. ( My request) The food was absolutely scrumptious and the service was just delightful. Our towels were changed daily as well as our bins emptied. My partner was unwell but the Doctor at the Hotel was professional in his diagnosis and arranged for our transfer to a local Hospital. This was a very efficient service and we are both very grateful. The entertainment was on nightly and was very varied. We luved it. There were no issues getting sunbeds, but I can only imagine that might be very different in the height of summer. We have already booked to go back in March for two weeks. We have stayed at many Hotels in Alanya, but this was by far the best. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

Alejandro is the best hotel meneger. Good food ＜3 best watermelon Good service ＜3 Good gym ＜3 Good pool ＜3 Good bar ＜3 I truly recommend and will come back.

Overall good hotel, pools are nice and the beach is great to have right on the property. The beach bar is extremely basic however isn’t bad. The pool bar is good however cocktails are cheaply made and the bartenders are very rushed and can’t always make the drinks correctly. Gusto snack bar was great for light lunches and had a variety of options. The breakfast we found limiting, not a lot of cooked traditional breakfast options, chips instead of hash-browns or even fried bread didn’t make sense to us. The evening dinners were great! Lots of freshly cooked options. The room was very nice although shower drainage was a bit rubbish and leaked onto our bathroom floor, but didn’t fuss us that much. Room service was great, we had a fruit bowl and bottle of wine given when cleaning our rooms and fresh towels which is always appreciated. Check in was smooth and the man showing us to our room was lovely. Only negative notes is the tip culture at this hotel. We noticed people flashing the bartenders or waiter staff with money and suddenly being treated amazingly, which we decided to test and was correct as we had amazing service with the waiter even saying he had reserved us a special table. They should be treating every guest the same, a tip should just be for their good service.

Kaliya Beach, Alanya — Strongly Not Recommended! The staff is completely unfriendly, indifferent, and outright rude. Special mention goes to Hasan at the reception — an utterly ill-mannered person whose face clearly says, “You all are a nuisance.” He is completely incapable of working in hospitality, and his attitude towards guests is terrible. Only those who hand a few dollars directly to the staff get any privileges. Regular guests are treated like second-class visitors. The bar officially opens at 10 AM, but some guests get drinks at 9, while others are rudely refused. The rooms are old, the renovation is clearly years old, and the air conditioner barely works. Cleanliness is average at best, with no attention to detail. The beach is tiny, crowded, and swimming is almost impossible. According to the hotel rules, sunbeds cannot be reserved with towels — they are supposed to be removed — but in reality, all sunbeds are taken, no one clears them, and it’s nearly impossible to find a spot. Overall: this hotel is only suitable for those willing to endure rude staff, a tiny crowded beach, and outdated rooms. Everyone else — absolutely not. There is mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable.

Had an amazing time at this hotel overall, there were a few things that initially like being put in the last room that had no wifi connection, water pressure and the toilet wasn’t in the best of conditions which I raised when I got there and the sorted it efficiently! I’m appreciative of the staff they were so helpful and friendly, Alejandro, Pascal, The Hotel Day Manager and there was a lady that helped me sort my clothes washing quickly as I was leaving the next day made my trip extra special and I’m grateful to them! Food was ok could have been better in terms of options a lot of things were repeated daily but nevertheless it was all prepared clean and presentable. I would definitely stay here again loads of shops nearby and the beach only thing is it’s like a 3 hour drive from the airport but it was still worth it!

This is our first time in Türkiye and Alanya. I think if we had come to this hotel during the season, it would have been much better. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It would have been better if there were dance shows in the evenings. However, there were only two entertainment staff. They also hosted a children's disco and competitions in the evenings. They also did karaoke, which I thought was nice, and they tried to keep us entertained. They offered activities during the day, like darts and water aerobics. We recommend this hotel. i didnt remember entertaiment guy name but he so kind and sociable. thank you for him.☀️🌊
