When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception to check me in. I tried calling the phone number and ringing the bell, but no one came until another guest went into the staff area and knocked on the doors. Eventually, the receptionist appeared, but he seemed very confused. I immediately got a strange feeling about him, but things got even more unsettling when I entered my room in this so-called “four-star” hotel. The room was smaller than what I had booked and was filthy. I reluctantly went back to the reception and said I couldn’t stay in such a dirty room. They then gave me a room that matched the size I originally booked and was in slightly better condition — though still unclean and far from what you would expect from a four-star hotel. The balcony furniture was unusable due to layers of ingrained dirt. The bathroom had mold, and the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the bed. Solo travelers, take note: the room doors do not have peepholes, and the locks are very weak. The hotel refused to cancel my reservation, so I ended up staying there. The food was decent, and the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and friendly — except for the man who checked me in. He also handled my checkout, and while I was there, a young woman was checking in, and i had to witness situation where her told him that it was unprofessional to ask her out.

Absolutely shocking, the food was like slop, cold and tasteless and they warned things up from breakfast to make lunch, then lunch to make dinner! The bar staff in particular Mehmet was so rude. They would only allow you one drink when you went to the bar meaning you could not get your friends one whilst there! They poured the drink of wine and it was literally like a shot, two mouth fulls at the most. When I’d ask full the small beaker glass to be full they just said we can’t as someone is watching on the camera. The only drinks on all inclusive was cheap red or white wine, gin, vodka or beer, no other drinks apart from that. When complained they simply laughed at me and other guests. Serious management problems, staff with no customer service skills whatsoever. I’ve never experience such bad customer service in my life. DO NOT stay here! AVOID!
