"Lovely place and location of the property… could not believe Allepy had such good property which is very next to backwaters, the view from the room is excellent… lovely food… Best part is we met Emu and Ema they were so closely interacting with us, and this made kids friendly and enjoy more… love to stay at this place again and again… Hospitality of the staff starting from entrance till the exit was so excellent, they were so humble and kind… This was first time where a guest relation Manager(Ms Kavya) walked us till the room and explained about the property. Loved UDS… Loved Allepy"

"We visited Lake Canopy during peak summer with family, and though the heat was definitely intense, we still had a really great experience. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, especially if you get a backwater-facing room—the early morning vibe there is peaceful and totally worth it. The pool was very clean, which made a big difference in the heat. There were quite a few activities to keep us engaged like cycling, indoor games, and a shikara ride which we really enjoyed. We even tried a bit of fishing, which was a nice experience. Food was consistently good—breakfast had a nice variety, and both lunch and dinner were very tasty. What stood out the most was the staff—they were very hospitable and always helpful without being intrusive. Overall, despite the summer heat, it turned out to be a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend for a calm backwater experience."

"It is a beautiful place to stay in the backwaters. Though one must note that this place is located in Ezhupunna and is about an hour away from Alapuzha main city. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Look for one Mr. Jelton through Mr. Rajesh at the reception for transport. He is amazing."

"Although the cruise didn’t quite meet our expectations, we are still giving them 5 stars. We spent a half a day to obtain quotes from various agencies/operators and this was the only place to tell us that doing a 2 night shared cruise is a bad idea. They clearly explained the limitations and without pressure suggested that we should consider whether a 1 night cruise will be sufficient or (if we really want to spend more days on the water) whether we should book a private houseboat (option was also reasonably priced). We slept over it and completed the booking stress-free via WhatsApp the next day. The entire booking process was painless, so we can only recommend their office."

"Rating 3.5 Rooms : Provided room to us is i think basic room. Still specious and clean. Food: Overpriced. Limited options. However the taste is decent. Bf with limited options enjoyable. Staff: Polite and helping. Activities: Pedal boating, backwater ride, swimming pool, indoor games. The swimming pool can be more clean and happening. Overall decent for two days however if you are not one who like to enjoy property and looking for surf location avoid."
