Facilities are old and damaged - The guest room facilities are old, the mattress is too hard and the surface is rough, which may prick people and seriously affect the sleep quality. - The shower head and faucet in the bathroom are aging, and water sprays randomly when in use; the washbasin facilities are outdated, the drainage is not smooth, and there is serious water accumulation. - The exhaust fans in some rooms are faulty and only make a buzzing sound but cannot operate normally and have no exhaust function. The moisture in the bathroom is difficult to discharge, exacerbating the musty odor. 3. Outstanding security risks: The windows of the guest rooms on the first floor are not equipped with any anti-theft facilities, which poses a huge security risk and makes it difficult to guarantee personal and property safety. 4. Poor service attitude - There is no front desk staff in the reception building. When something happens, it is impossible to contact the staff in time, resulting in communication barriers. - When making requests to staff (such as providing drinking water), they were rejected or ignored. They have a weak sense of service and lack basic service enthusiasm and patience. As a four-star hotel, Alashan Hotel failed to meet the corresponding standards in terms of hygiene, facilities, safety and services, seriously infringing on the rights and interests of consumers.

Unexpectedly, the child was not feeling well, so I specifically asked the hotel to arrange a quieter room. I thought I would get some attention, but there was a piece of moldy stuff standing in the unopened plastic slippers. This was just bagged without basic cleaning and disinfection, and was given to the next customer to wear! The toilet is also broken! I don’t even want to talk about other aspects of hygiene! You know, old and dirty are two different concepts! Uncomfortable body, but also caught up with such a room.

It is an old hotel opened in 1979. Please note that it is divided into VIP and Yingbin buildings. The Yingbin building has elevators and non-elevators. The cheapest one is without elevators. The rooms are green and warmly decorated. Due to historical reasons, they are not big, but they are still It's better than an ordinary 4-star hotel. It's a traditional state-owned old hotel with a large courtyard, so it's about 150 meters from the Yingbin Building to the VIP Building. The interior of the room is quite good, with very little soundproofing. A slight regret is that the bathroom is not very good, too small, and has a curtain, which is sorry for the four-star standard. The breakfast is quite rich and worthy of four stars!
