The location is very good with the metro right in front to go to the center of Granada and many more places.

Very competitive prices. Very well located near the metro. But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The sink and bathtub were covered in hair. There was dust on the nightstand and headboard.

We found another guest's underwear, we asked them to clean it, they didn't put us in another room, they say they will send it to clean it, we went to dinner, came back late and took a shower and we see that they haven't cleaned anything and they don't tell us that they haven't cleaned it, bathroom rusty, very dirty walls with black scrubs, needs a coat of paint. Very poorly soundproofed, no refrigerator, and dust on the light fixture.

PATHETIC. Inattentive, passive and unfriendly staff, especially for meals, room allocation with lots of errors, a very short sheet without a duvet cover, the worst is the dining room in the basement, not very accessible to the mobility of seniors, yogurts left at room temperature, coffee machine inoperative, with a queue that leaves the staff indifferent.

Je reviens d'un circuit de 8 jours avec Fram et je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel soit toujours proposé car les avis négatifs de 2024 qui sont rédigés sont toujours d'actualité. Le personnel de l'hôtel et de la restauration se fout complètement de ce que vous pouvez leur dire. Pour l'hôtel, nous sommes tombés en même temps que des jeunes ados qui se sont bien amusés dans les couloirs en tapant dans les portes, en parlant fort, en courant etc ne respectant rien, le personnel nous a dit qu'on ne pouvait pas interdire le bruit avant minuit! pour la restauration au sous sol sans ascenseur (pas cool pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à descendre des escaliers), fruits pourris, cuisine de cantine très médiocre, assiettes sales etc , bref, hôtel à surtout éviter, il ne mérite absolument pas son 3*

Dans le cadre d'un voyage organisé Plein Vent, nous étions un groupe de 40 personnes. Chambre basique, "dans son jus" , salle de bains avec une baignoire moisie.. Parties communes dans un état déplorable de saleté : moutons de cheveux et depoussière dans les escaliers, moquette tachée et avec des détritus non ramassés, une table ayant servie à l'apéro le soir toujours pas débarrassée 24 h après, barman qui chasse les cafards... Dans la salle de repas, les serveurs débarassent et vident directement le contenu des assiettes dans des sacs poubelles ( comme dans une cantine) alors qu'il reste des convives attablés. Aucune communication avec les clients. Nuitée horrible du fait de la présence d'un groupe d'enfants et ados basketteurs qui ont couru et hurlé dans les couloirs, sans aucune intervention d'adultes et ce jusqu'à 3 h et ce malgré plusieurs plaintes de clients ( par téléphone ou descendus à l'accueil de l'hôtel). Lorsque le groupe s'en est plaint à notre guide, celle ci nous a répondu qu'un représentant Fram y avait passé 2 nuits et l'avait jugé convenable pour un 3 étoiles dans le cadre d'un circuit oganisé ..!
