An unpleasant experience: - couldn't fall asleep with the noise from the neighbors (you could hear people walking on the upper floor, children crying, the noise of suitcases), mosquitoes, and even the palm trees shaking in the wind. - At breakfast we almost ate aluminum foil that was mixed with roasted vegetables!

My recent stay revealed a promising new property with some significant areas for improvement. While the hotel has a modern feel, it's clear that it's still finding its footing. A primary issue I encountered was with the room doors. Many were not properly aligned with their door closers, leading to them banging shut very loudly. This was quite disruptive, especially late at night or early in the morning. Given this is a new establishment, it's understandable that some elements are still coming together. However, several basic services felt understaffed or unorganized. Room dining, for instance, had a very slow delivery time, and room cleaning often didn't happen until late in the evening. Even small details like the coffee machine and kettle placement in the room felt awkward and inconvenient. It also seemed that the staff, while generally pleasant, were quite new and still undergoing training. There were instances where they weren't fully familiar with procedures or information, which is something I hope will improve as they gain more experience. Overall, this hotel has potential, but it needs to address these operational and infrastructure issues to truly deliver a comfortable and seamless guest experience.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, beach is super close. Nice clean rooms. Cleaners are always on time for the cleaning. The gym is absolutely amazing and a huge factor for any gym goers out there. Super spa. A true fitness/spa get away -and at the same time with a beautiful beach and surroundings and great restaurants near by. The only downfall I could say is the overall staff/ pool service needs to be improved. Very slow and not much communication which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
