The location is great, however there is party going on every day until 11, which makes it impossible to rest before 11. We also found lice in the room.

On arrival waited at reception about 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged even though there were 3 members of staff behind counter. Hotel is set out strange as you spend lots of time in and out of lifts, reception is 6th floor our room was 2nd floor and dining room is 8th floor, to go to pool is 1st floor! Large pool was the noisiest place I have ever been to with music that could be heard on the beach so decided on quiet pool which doesn't have a bar and could still hear music very loud! I did see the rep who acted very quickly and got the volume turned down. The hotel was filled with teenagers ,but tbh they where all well behaved and respectful and very friendly. The large pool has lots of birds messing all over the sunbeds which never get cleaned! People tip plates of food everywhere so it's a nightmare. The restaurant has absolutely stunning views ,the food is normal choice for all inclusive Our room was very large but sheets didn't get changed all week and 3 days we didn't get any towels in our room so had to ask for some,otherwise the room was clean Some staff were friendly but not all of them The hotel is not near any bars in walking distance unless you are good at walking as it is very hilly and cobbled streets so I suggest you download uber app, taxi costs about 4euro to old town Other top tip is use the land train 7 euros for day pass to get on and off when you like Unfortunately it's not a place I'll return to it's a very run down hotel that is in a bad state of repair and the resort is full of teenagers!
