Check in times are really strict. When I got to the apartment the owner said she does not have my booking even though it was confirmed. We waited an hour or two before someone let us in, but they were very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Whilst the apartment was perfect, clean and in a good location, the hosts were terrible.
