Aldershot

This is by far the best Premier inn we have stayed in! nothing is too much trouble - the reception staff’s attention to detail is so thorough and they are so kind. They catered seemlessly for us and our two sons - we came for a wedding and all wore kilts! In the morning they made sure we had snacks and really looked after us. The hotel is spotless and wveryone is so friendly. Thank you so much to Maria, Paula and Jess for being wonderful! Review for stay 10th May 2025

Disappointing Stay – Standards Have Slipped We’ve stayed at this Premier Inn several times when visiting family, but sadly this visit fell short. On arrival, we had to wait at reception for some time despite ringing the bell multiple times. The room was not up to usual standards – there were stains on the walls, the bathroom was rundown, with a broken shower head, mold around the bath tiles, and dirt in the toilet. The room and hallways were also uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning and what felt like heating still on, despite warm weather outside. Only enough tea and coffee for two cups were provided. Overall, a disappointing experience. We’ve been loyal guests in the past, but unfortunately, this may be our last stay.

We came for a family gathering Hotel was wonderful check in was very easy free parking all the staff was wonderful food was top notch beer was wonderful and Maria was very helpful would highly recommend and definitely use this again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent large hotel. Maria was brilliant food was good. Bed was very comfortable very many car park spaces. Peroni was very good and tasteful. Steak was cooked really well. Kids were very welcome plenty of space in the bar. Food was very quick

Excellent services. Room was quite good and restaurant for breakfast was really good. Staff from both hotel and restaurant were amazing and friendly. There’s a lot of parking spaces and it’s free to use. Breakfast service was amazing specially the team in the afternoon. A lot of choices breakfast

Great stay, rooms nice and staff helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here. Location is nice and out of the way with plenty of car parking spots. Had food and drink here too, nice bar and good deal to have the meal included in the price.
