The hotel is not 5 stars at all, very dirty and no health and safety. The bathroom very mouldy and broken equipment Pillows are very old and uneven The mattress uncomfortably and tears The breakfast only for unhealthy people no options for healthy diet, only options for sweet and fatty I booked for double bed room, the gave me twine room, the housekeeping joint the beds together, and because of the room design not for that, the pillows placed by the light switches and power socket, which caused the lights on in the middle of the night because you easily touch it and also if my hair goes inside the power socket I will get electricity shock. If I continue telling my review, I won’t stop but I have included some pictures , you can have a look

Good stay,I enjoy with every moment in the hotel . It's a wonderful view,good restaurant. We can treat with a good staff. Day Use for beach & pool are so funny. Rooms are overlooking a very fantastic view sea front you can forget the world in it.

Bgd, I highly recommend it to anyone . Beach 7lw awi awi, clean gdan w very equipped. W Pool to7fa gdan wide w heated . Restaurant has a very varied and delicious menu Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. To anyone who wants to spend a happy vacation should visit the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; it had a great variety and everything was fresh. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately there is low expectations the staff were unprofessional and need to be more careful about the guests and highly response with their request , and the room missing all the necessary items to conclude it was a bad experience…..

I was there with my family for the first week of December. Overall it is less than average experience especially when compared to price. Good points are the location, being first line on the beach, and allowing getting delivery from outside the hotel. But many cons on the other hand. 1- they didn’t allow us to walk on the beach sand! How on earth an hotel says it has a beach and then does not allow guests to walk on it! At least state that clearly before doing reservations. 2- they didn’t allow us to do fishing despite no published statement regarding that. 3- they didn’t even allow us to take my fishing tools to my room! And the security insisted it should stay in my car. 4- the bellmen do not work before 8 am. Which means if you will do a check out before 8 am, no one to move your luggage from your room. I had to move 13 bag myself in three rounds for more than 80 m and two floors. 5- they don’t have an elevator! So you have to use the stairs if you are in the second floor, no sliders for wheel chairs! 6- the hotel has no free kids area. No gym. No spa. Add to this beach is not allowed. So you have nothing to do after all. Again, it is less than average experience, and you can get better ones with the same price.
