I APPRECIATED THE SPACE AND LOCATION, BUT THEY ARE POR ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. rSPECIALLY THE WAITER AND WAITRESSES. BUT OVER ALL IT'S JUST OK. IV'E BEN THRIUGH A LOT OF HOTELS BUT TWINLAKES IS NOT THE BEST.

Excellent staffs! Quiet old rooms and the floor was a bit slippery.

The view is fantastic . The property is clean, quiet and modern. The food at their only restaurant is so so but they have a shuttle to the malls for more food choices. Overall a good experience.

The place is very ideal for friends to stay in. We will sure comeback.

The hotel was beautiful. The room we got was spacious for a family of 3. It had a wonderful view, where the location was truly remarkable. It showcased the possibility of wanting to live there. The pool too was well planned that you'd be swimming with mountain on view. I plan to go back there soon.

Had a great time at Twin Lakes. Beautiful views, friendly staff, god facilities. Only the breakfast could be better.

It was an excellent stay,service,cleanliness,my children enjoyed the heated pool. The complementary birthday cake I was requested for my daughter never arrived.i wished even small details request can be look after too. We wished to comeback soon this march for my son's birthday and I hope that my request will be granted. Overall excellent stay and breakfast buffet excellent a lot of dishes to choose from. Thank you twin lakes,mngt and staff.
