"Looks can be deceiving. Staff seemed pleasant at first and the room looked clean. Went out to grab some microwaveable dinners so we could come back and relax. My boyfriend placed his dinner in the microwave and as soon as he turned it on roaches came scattering out. There were two in his dinner! As we packed our stuff to leave he noticed another one in his glass of wine. I took quick pictures and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. Management refused to refund my money and only offered us another room. WHAT?! There was no way I was going to be comfortable in another room here. I'm apparently out $300...for now. I plan to seek counsel. Roaches are a health hazard especially for people with asthma. DEPLORABLE SERVICE!"
