ADVANTAGE INN

We had a very bad experience at Advantage View/Inn Hotel of Prayagrag. We were promised sandwich n tea to replace dinner which we had already paid for as we checked in later than dinner, but we got only sandwich which I had to pay once more upon checking out. I had to phone 5 times and called in person at the reception 3 times to get dinner next day. Staff are hungry to get tips ONLY, they do not move away till you give them money n they ask for not less than Rs.50 for tips else they'll keep standing. Very bad services like cutlery not properly wash, dining room consists of only 2 round plastic table n chairs which are not cleaned when guests have eaten. Other guests need to move plates on table to have their dinner. NOT RECOMMENDED

Not even to stay there for free. ! Hotel staff is rude., Will give you a look and attitude for even a single request you make. ! They will make you feel as if they are giving you a huge favour letting you stay in their stinky , pathetic , and horrible play of stay.! Never ever go to this place ! They will surely provide a room with stinking mattress broken washroom fittings , even the main door handle broken, walls being torn apart,ac remote won't work.! They will even serve you the lunch without the cutlery , you wil have to eat it directly from the serving bowl itself. If you ask for cutlery, they won't even say sorry for this blunder, rather behave as if you have asked them for their kidneys. Horrible horrible place to stay. After taking the payment , they will ask you to leave if you dnt like their attitude or service. It's a nightmare , beware of these frauds, these people are conmen!
