Maril Resort Hotel

Öncelikle merhabalar, otelin kalitesi ve temizliği tartışılmaz bir gerçek, yemeklerine bayıldım herşey harikaydı personeller çok güler yüzlü ve cana yakın öncelikle MURAT Bey e çok teşekkür ediyorum bizimle sonsuz ilgi ve alaka içerisindeydi ona minnettarız sonrasında çıkan yemeklerin herbiri muhteşemdi herşey için teşekkür ediyorum

Can’t book on the website or through agents. Waste of time writing to them or even sending a message because they don’t answer. Hotel looks nice and it is new. It’s in an odd position and the wrong end of town if you are looking to be near the tourist area.

I have read some reviews about this hotel and found them to be very negative towards the hotel, I have just arrived back into the UK yesterday and found the hotel to be one of the best I have stayed in. I have stayed in many 5star hotels and this is one of the best. Everything me and my dad needed was done for and helped, although English isn’t very good staff will do whatever they can to help, rooms was spotless and cleaned once and sometimes twice in one day. The hotel is a fairly new hotel and I believe had some teething problems like most hotels once they open. I couldn’t fault the hotel and will be booking to come again as with many other English couples who we mingled with at the hotel. The food was delicious and you can book into the al la carte meals for €5 per person on the sky bar, the sky bar is free to use for bar services with the best views over Altinkum no hotel has these views on the *****. Spa steam room and sauna was free to use. They’re are plenty of excursions to pay for and go on to which are cheaper than most on the *****. I recommend the boat trip to KOS Greece for the day. But overall experience of the Maril is execellent please do not get out off by other reviews as my experience has totally shut down those reviews after being skeptical before arriving at the hotel. We are here at the moment Lovely hotel however food appalling cold all the time no drinks no cocktails really badly organised staff don't have no direction. Food left standing for ages on hot plates that are not switched on. Having been shown round this hotel 2 years ago thinking it was spectacular I'm bitterly disappointed definitely do not cater for English

Tam bir fiyasko asla ama asla kalmayin hic bir sey fotografta gorundugu gibi degil. Plaj havuz hersey igrenc. Sicak su dahi yoktu 2 gun boyunca. Plaj pislik icerisinde plastik atiklar sigara atiklari kirik camlar.cocuklari aileler icin tam bir kabus oteli

Otelin konumu harika. Denize bakan odamızı çok sevdik. Oda temizliği yapan ablalara çok teşekkür ederiz. Hergün tertemizdi. Havlularımızı çarşaflarımızı hep değiştirdiler. Bebeğim küçük olduğu için bu konuda çok hassastım. Yemekler ***et çeşitli ve güzel. İçki seçenekleri kısıtlı ama fena değil. Kısaca tekrar gelir miyiz? Evet. Gelelim eksilere. Malesef çatal bıçak ve bardak temizliği çok eksik. Kaynar suda çatal bıçak bekletip kullanmak hoş olmadı. Bardaklar gerçekten rezalet. Hiç temiz değildi. Ortaliği sürekli silip temizlemelerine rağmen keşke biraz ekipman temizliğine de önem verselerdi. Çay içmek istiyorsanız da evden sallama getirin 😃
