Hotel is good, rooms are nice and clean, i have visited many times because of business purpose there are two very big issues which can be easily sort out without much efforts , first biggest issue is food quality which is very bad, and second is network issues, there is very low mobile network in rooms especially on ground floor, which effect business and there is no availability of wifi which is very bad, every time you ask for wifi the gentle *** on front desk ( who never smiles) refuses by saying it is not working. MGB is such a big and reputed group , no body can expect such negligent behaviour from such big brand. Hopping for improvement in my next stay.

Worn out bed sheets & pillow covers. Cistern in toilet not working. Poor lighting in room. The small stool type on which one sits to bathe was infected with black fungus from underneath. Shower broken in bathroom. Sofa chair in the room with its raxiene torn off. These were the conditions of the room no. 220 in which we stayed. But of course, the breakfast was good & the outer view of the hotel is attractive.

I felt not comfortable in this hotel room size is short and flush out is not working properly in the washroom and tv channels isn't working properly, the main entertainment channels of tv are also not coming.
