Porta del Mar Beach Resort

Das Porta del Mar ist ein super tolles Hotel. Man kann die Seele baumeln lassen und und den fantastischen Ausblick über das ionische Meer genießen. Die Zimmer sind sehr atmosphärisch und modern eingerichtet. Eine leise Air Condition ist vorhanden und zusätzlich gibt es einen Deckenventilator, der für eine angenehme Brise in den Zimmern sorgt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Die gesamte Hotelanlage mit Pool Landschaft und diversen Sonnendecks ist sehr gepflegt und ermöglicht jedem seine eigene Ruhezone zu finden. Das zum Haus gehörende Porta del Mar Restaurant ist ein weiteres Highlight dieser kleinen und feinen Anlage. Eine hervorragende Küche mit ausgewählten Gerichten und täglich frischen Tagesangeboten. Einmal pro Woche gibt es einen schmackhaften Barbecue Abend. Darüber hinaus ist die Mega Aussicht während des Dinners und die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge die sogenannte Kirsche auf der Sahne. Das gesamte Hotelteam um Kostas und seiner Frau Myrto sind super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und versprühen ein besondere familiäre Atmosphäre, welches unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hat. The Porta del Mar is a really great hotel. You can relax and enjoy the fantastic view over the Ionian Sea. The rooms are very atmospheric and modern. There is quiet air conditioning and there is also a ceiling fan that provides a pleasant breeze in the rooms. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. The entire hotel complex with pool landscape and various sun decks is very well maintained and allows everyone to find their own quiet zone. The Porta del Mar restaurant belonging to the hotel is another highlight of this small and fine complex. Excellent cuisine with selected dishes and daily fresh offers. Once a week there is a tasty barbecue evening. In addition, the mega view during dinner and the breathtaking sunsets are the so-called icing on the cake. The entire hotel team around Kostas and his wife Myrto are super friendly, very attentive and exude a special family atmosphere, which made our stay so special. So a thousand thanks to the entire team at Porta Del Mar, who gave us this great time. Thank you very much for everything and we will warmly recommend you.

A magical place, the best family and staff. Great setting, perfect holiday, relax, food and drinks. A little oasis of tranquility...lie down...read...sleep...drink cocktails or a cold beer or one of Maira's sublime Freddo Cappuccinos... Excellent location with breaktaking view of the turquoise sea. Very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast included. All meals were superb and daily specials made it interesting. Vast selection of wine, local and other. We hired the private villa with pool Epitome and it was absolutely amazing! Decor is superb and daily maid service meant everything stayed very clean. Pool attended to daily before you even wake up! We enjoyed massages by the sea (they simply did not last long enough and we could have laid there for hours!) and we enjoyed a very informative wine tasting experience with Kostas. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this resort. The location is great, quiet peaceful and on the beach were the sea is so calm and beautiful. Our tip would be - take a boat tour to the Blue Caves and Shipwreck beach in a private speedboat for 5 persons- very good value for money and the stop off beaches for swimming are absolutely gorgeous. We can't wait to return....

Wow! What an amazing place! We have just retuned from a fabulous 5 night stay at Porta Del Mar. We visited for my sisters wedding. I found Porta Del Mar when originally looking for venues for my sisters wedding. As the wedding planner I exchanged numerous emails with the owners Tasos and Myrto, both of whom were excellent and answered all my questions. The location did not disappoint! We hired out all the accommodation and every one of the guests had a wonderful time. The accommodation is beautiful, myself and my family (husband and 2 daughters) had the two bedroom apartment, which had wonderful views and was close to the swimming pool. Our room was perfect and large enough so that we could all get ready together on the morning of the wedding. All the staff were lovely, and worked so hard to make my sister's day special. The food in the restaurant was amazing, our only regret is we didn't eat there more often throughout our stay! The beach was lovely and we spent a lot of time down there, the canoe and SUP provided were lovely touches and were well used by our family. All that is left to say is thank you so much to everyone at Porta Del Mar, you were wonderful!

Really a lovely place. Every morning breakfast with a most fantastic view. In the evening same view but with totally different colours becaus of the sunset. But what really makes the difference are the people who are running this place. They make you feel special and will do anything to give you wonderful memories.
