"الفندق جيد"

"First couple days were great, however on our last day we wanted to stay another night but they couldn’t find us in their system, so the employee said I could just stay and when his boss woke up he would come down and fix it. He also told me I could stay pass check in since we were waiting for the boss. Fast forward a couple hours boss was still not up yet so I decided to cancel reservation on my phone since it wasn’t showing in their system anyways. I got my stuff out and planned to go to another hotel and an hour later the boss called me, sounded incredibly disrespectful saying if I was planning to leave I shouldn’t have stayed past check out (11) I proceeded to tell him his employee couldn’t figure it out and that we waited a few hours for him so then I finally cancelled. He still continued to talk rude to me saying I didn’t have the right to stay and I told him his employee was the one who told me to wait and stay longer. Overall cleanliness was good, rooms were nice, but whoever the boss is, needs to either learn how to start talking with respect, or give his employees a lecture on the dos and don’ts."

"بصفتنا خريجين من جامعة ولاية آيوا، شعرنا وكأننا في الحرم الجامعي. استمتعنا بإقامتنا في هذا الفندق أكثر من متوسط ​​الفنادق الأخرى ذات الأسعار المماثلة، وذلك بفضل سعره المعقول. يضم الفندق مسبحًا وحوض استحمام ساخن وجاكوزي. ورغم أن المرافق بدت قديمة بعض الشيء، إلا أننا وجدناها نظيفة واستمتعنا بها كثيرًا. لم تكن الغرفة مميزة للغاية، لكنها بدت نظيفة. وقد أعجبتني الإضاءة، بما في ذلك مفاتيح التحكم في شدة الإضاءة الليلية في غرفة النوم والحمام. جربنا مطعم "آيوا ستاتر" التابع للفندق لتناول الإفطار. إذا كنتم تبحثون عن إفطار على طريقة الغرب الأوسط الأمريكي، فقد قدموا لنا عجة بيض لا تُنسى مع بعض من أفضل أنواع بطاطس الإفطار التي تذوقتها على الإطلاق. كان جميع الموظفين الذين قابلناهم لطفاء ومتعاونين. أوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق إذا كنتم ترغبون في الإقامة بالقرب من الحرم الجامعي."

"Comfortable hotel, fast check-in, good beds and a clean bathroom."

"While the hotel itself was very clean, comfortable beds, and located centrally, there were major issues with their plumbing and the toilets were not working. We couldn’t use our own bathroom we had to dress and walk down the hall to the lobby bathroom. Extremely inconvenient. They did have plumbers come in and we were not the only ones that had the issues as several others had complained. Other than that, the hotel itself was very nice, the beds were super comfortable and the staff was very nice."
