Days Inn by Wyndham Amherst 的整體體驗不太好，周邊的路在施工很難找，房間沒空調很冷的，被子還沒有芯的就兩層布，好冷。本來分配了一間那種外面直接可以敲門敲窗的把人嚇死了，回去要求全台換房間，給換了個二樓的。本來那間在一樓直接面朝外面有點嚇人

Hotel service was not acceptable. This hotel was probably one of the worst I have ever stayed in and I had two rooms. It was dirty and had bugs throughout the room.
We did not feel safe or comfortable. The beds were in poor shape. The carpets were dirty, and the refrigerator was filthy inside. The whole room smelled like **** to the point I could hardly breathe and it ended up giving me a sore throat. Still smelled this morning when we went to leave. And had it not already been a long day, I would have sacrificed the money and stayed somewhere else. There was a sign in the lobby that said absolutely no pets, I would not recommend even my dog staying there. But a dog would do no more damage than what was already going on. There was also someone in one of the rooms between me and my daughter's rooms, that specifically walked down to their room and looked in their window, purposefully had to peek through the window/curtain crack.

This place is disgusting, do not stay there! The carpets haven't been cleaned in years, probably needs to be replaced. The odor in the hallway and the room smelled like cat urine. The outside doors didn't have locks on them, allowing for anyone to come into the hotel at all hours. I felt unsafe for my person and my vehicle.

What a pit. Don't stay here. Days inn should force this place closed. Felt very unsafe. Beer bottles sitting on walls outside building. The room where marginally liveable in my view. Broken items in the room. Note they want a security deposit while sending you to a room with broken items in it. DON'T stay here. Pay allitle more someplace else. Move down the road

Only 2 small pillows for a king bed! Small space under the door so you can see the outside light, wonder how they do in winter! No glasses, no coffee, no luggage rack, no iron, no ironing board, fridge did not work, nice dresser with 3 drawers, nice table with 1 chair, 2 night stands, 1 dirty microwave.

Having a much needed overhaul of the establishment. In desperate need of paint and new pillows, blankets, and furniture. It's old.

Bed bugs!
I do not usually go on and rate a location but I do not want others to experience what I did. The first room we were put in had bed bugs. The staff was understanding and did move us to a new room in a completely different building. However we booked a king bed and ended up having to stay in a room with 2 double beds. The room they moved us to was dirty. It had old napkins, food, etc on the floor just under the edge of the bed. There was no refrigerator like we were supposed to have. The tv did not work. The bathroom sink stopper once put down would not come back up. We did not sleep great because of being nervous because other rooms had bed bugs. We stayed out of necessity that one night. When we checked out my husband asked if we were going to be given some sort of discount because of all the problems and the front desk staff just looked back at him seeming confused about why he would ask that. So nope had to pay full price for that.
