Blue Marine Resort and Spa Hotel

Très contente de notre séjour en famille, buffet/restaurant très variés et vraiment délicieux, personnel agréable, axés, confort ! rien à dire ! nous reviendrons. L'accès a la mer par ascenseur, il manque juste des commerce à proximité ou village, ici nous avons loué une voiture à l'hotel, très pratique!

Super séjour, un grand Merci à Vicky pour son incroyable massage, c’est une personne fabuleuse qui comprend complètement ses clients, je reviendrai séjourner dans cet hôtel car le personnel est vraiment attentif aux besoins des clients ! Le tout compris est incroyable, spéciale dédicace à Éric le barman du panorama Bar , ne change rien !

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits au Blue Marine Resort & Spa, situé à quelques kilomètres d’Agios Nikolaos. L’emplacement est agréable, avec une superbe vue sur la mer depuis les chambres. En revanche, une voiture est indispensable pour profiter pleinement des environs. Notre chambre (Deluxe confort avec vue mer) avait été rénovée récemment, ce qui est appréciable. Néanmoins, quelques détails restent à améliorer : peu de rangements pour les vêtements , et surtout une douche très capricieuse (température impossible à stabiliser, faible pression). Côté restauration, l’expérience a été globalement décevante. Faire la queue matin, midi et soir est inhabituel pour un hôtel de ce standing. L’espace restauration est sous-dimensionné, surtout par temps de pluie, avec beaucoup de courants d’air et une forte nuisance sonore .Les plats sont corrects mais manquent de variété, avec parfois des ruptures étonnantes (pain le matin, certains plats le soir). Le personnel est sans aucun doute le grand point fort de l’établissement : attentionné, gentil, toujours à l’écoute, et très réactif. En résumé : un hôtel récemment rénové, clairement orienté famille. Si vous recherchez calme et prestations haut de gamme, ce n’est peut-être pas le meilleur choix. En revanche, pour des vacances familiales en bord de mer, cela peut convenir. Pour nous, un bon 4 étoiles, mais pas au niveau d’un vrai 5 étoiles.

The Blue Marine Resort and Spa is a well designed and well run all-inclusive family hotel. It delivers on its concept in its price class. I travelled with two teen daughters and we enjoyed our stay: the buffet was good and varied, the facilities were attractive and nicely maintained and staff was considerate. The beach side infrastructure is very good and this was our favourite spot for most of our stay. Of special note is the spa, which has been newly renovated and has a clean, relaxing vibe. The renovation was being completed when we arrived and there were some snags, but the staff compensated with the warmth of their welcome and a personal consultation. My skin still feels great from the scrub and mask and I enjoyed the facial treatment, but the highlight was the back and neck massage. I have had many efficient and competent spa treatments, but this was a singular experience. The therapist was very skilled and her holistic approach worked wonders in the span of 60 minutes. I left feeling relaxed, pain free and much lighter. Well worth giving up a few hours of sunbathing! In terms of overall expectation, it is important to know that the star rating in Greece is weighted around facilities. A 5-star hotel in Greece is more like a 4-star in Switzerland (where I live), especially in terms of service polish and fine details. The resort is in a quiet area about 10 minutes from the center of Agio Nikolaos by car.

We stayed at the hotel from 17/4 to 24/4. We had a junior suite and had a more exclusive breakfast at Ya mas. There you can choose from a menu and breakfast is served at the table. An absolutely fantastic facility with excellent food and a very high and personal service. We have already decided that we will return in 2026. 10/10 in everything.

Personnel très agréable. Un remerciement particulier pour vicki la masseuse du spa. Ses doigts de fée sont exceptionnelles, je recommande vivement. Au niveau de la restauration tout était très bon. Hôtel très bien situé qui permet de belles visites aux alentours
