酒店位置好，離開景點都比較近。房間很大，設施還算比較新。服務不錯，有專人辦理入住。酒店的餐飲很不錯，早餐晚餐都有很多選擇，口味也是比較好，適合中國胃。

斯里蘭卡酒店性價比普遍較低，名氣比較響的遺產系列酒店大多設施陳舊。相比較而言，Golden Crown 算是比較新，設施也還算齊全的酒店。地理位置不錯，大堂裝修很有特點。入住時恰逢情人節，床上還佈置了紅氣球，很温馨。

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Golden Crown Hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — especially the bed! We also loved the beautiful view from our window, which added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. The staff were outstanding — always friendly, smiling, and eager to help. A special thank you to Ms. Kaveesha in the green saree, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. All the other staff members were equally helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The buffet was a highlight! It was delicious and perfectly catered to our tastes, especially since we were ready for a break from spicy food. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety that really hit the spot. This hotel has definitely earned a spot on our list for a return visit. Highly recommended!

1. Checked in and wasn't told anything about a lost plastic key card. 2. Checked out and was charged $20 USD for a lost plastic key card. 3. Complained to Lavanga Punchihewa who merely pointed to some tiny language on the keycard. 4. Paid the ridiculous charge and left bitter about my stay.

A luxurious hotel situated away from the busy area and still very close to the city. The buffet was amazing. Highlighting that the room attendant Milan was amazing to us and provided us with great service and care accompanied by his supervisor Madusanka with great training. Definitely coming back !!!
