"It's a very small and cute hotel. Does it look beautiful in my picture? There are not many rooms on each floor, and it may have been a large residential building in the past. The front desk is warm and the service is very good. The room is very clean, there is a river outside the window, and there are waterfowl in the river. The coffee machine in the room is broken and does not work, unfortunately no hot water. The bed was too far to support, I broke my leg when I got out of bed, and the front desk gave a band aid. Clean, tidy, general facilities, excellent service."

Ontbijt was prima, niet heel uitgebreid, maar genoeg keuze. Personeel erg vriendelijk!
Het zou een hotel zijn die ik zo weer zou kiezen."

"The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now.
I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception .
This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel"

"Very satisfied with everything. You can take tram No. 5 or No. 25 to the city center, and No. 25 tram to the South Station. It's a pretty good hotel I've stayed in in Amsterdam. You can cook and the price is reasonable.
I will still consider staying here next time."

"Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport.
Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself.
Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better/often as lots of rest of food/drinks were almost everywhere."

"It is very safe away from the city center, free parking is not too much of a worry, the bus stop is 300 meters away, especially the 357, which runs every 12 minutes. You can swipe your chip credit card on the bus, go to the Van Gogh Museum, visit the main attractions, and take the 357 back to the canal area. It is so worry-free. The room is large, the temperature is controllable, there is plenty of hot water, the bed is very comfortable, 2.2 meters long, 0 pressure latex mattress, quiet and warm, 6 capsules of different concentrations, for me, a self-driving tourist in Amsterdam, I will come again."

GGuest UserThis place is under affordable category while providing privacy and safety to a solo female traveller. If you need to use public transport, you need to do 12 mins walk. Hence walk has to be done on flat terrain , location of the premise is not a big deal. There is also no any window for room as it is capsule. But who cares as we are just looking some place to sleep at night. There is also no microwave or fridge . I think it’s great to have them as shared ammendity.

GGuest UserVery spacious rooms, clean and comfortable, helpful reception staff, ideal for singles couples and families. a little away from center but a day ticket for transport helps to get into around and back from city center. Could do with a table and a kettle.
