Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

畢生住過最差的一家酒店！出發前已經在攜程全款付款，去到他們要我信用卡擔保時候扣了一千歐，讓我等待入住時候給我無端端扣了1516 歐，致電攜程，酒店説我額外預訂的，簡直無中生有！最後下去前台交涉，沒有道歉沒有解釋，説我們預訂部扣錯了，現在給你退，作為一個號稱small luxury的酒店，簡直荒唐至極！
不建議任何中國人入住，這個酒店不喜歡中國人
也不合適帶孩子入住
這個地段酒店多得是，建議攜程自己也要體驗清楚才推薦

極佳地理位置，房間高科技設備，服務熱心周到。高端酒店中價格還算合理。
可惜二樓的餐廳沒能有機會去享受。
