This hotel has a serious problem with the hot water in the shower. I reported the issue to the front desk, and while they sent a technician to fix it, the problem persisted, the next morning, I faced the same cold shower again.   During my stay, I had to take two cold showers despite running the water for over 15 minutes each time. The shower display indicated a temperature of 38 degrees, yet only cold water came out. At checkout, I overheard another guest complaining about the same issue, they even requested a room change.   Additionally, one of the towels in my bathroom was slightly torn, which is not very acceptable for a four-star hotel.   On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room itself was clean. However, due to the recurring shower problems, I will not be booking this hotel again. I chose it for its proximity to our Amsterdam office, but on my next business trip in July, I’ll be staying elsewhere.

The checking process was too long having to do it yourself with no help from the staff

Ein sehr modernes, ruhiges und geräumiges Hotel. Es liegt zwar etwas weit vom Zentrum, aber mit der Metro ist man in 20 bis 25 Minuten im Herzen von Amsterdam. Um vergleichbares im Zentrum zu finden, wird man wohl das vier- oder fünffache zahlen. Das schöne Zimmer ist mit einigen digitalen Bedienungen ausgestattet (einchecken, fernsehen, telefonieren, duschen), was für ältere Jahrgangs eventuell schwierig sein kann :) Ich bin von diesem Hotel begeistert.
