Well, it sure is an older motel in need of good renovations, but the room was fairly clean, nice bed, working air conditioner and nice front desk staff. Also prices are hard to beat. Sure, it could be better, but it's not bad!

Woman with temporary tattoos at front desk very unfriendly and rude! Rooms very poorly maintained with broken stuff, some help with tape. Rates are not too bad, certainly lower than better motels. Seems like the place was purchased by Motel 6 but no improvements or renovations were done to the old motel.

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

Dirty, messy, and terrible is not enough to describe it. There is such a disgusting hotel in California. I dare not sleep there. A 180cm strong man should fall asleep right after flying for more than 20 hours. There were knocks on the door, horns, and cars starting. It was so dirty that I dared not take off my clothes. I had a nightmare all night. I don't want to give it a single star. How can Ctrip have the nerve to post such fake photos on its official website to deceive customers? It's against their conscience.
