my experience was truly delightful. The resort’s lush greenery and serene ambiance provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodations were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly hospitable, attentive, and went out of their way to make the experience special. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The variety of cuisines offered, especially at The Banyan Tree Restaurant, was impressive, with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. The spa services were also exceptional, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The resort’s facilities, including the large swimming pool and fitness center, were well-kept and added to the overall experience. Whether it was a peaceful morning walk around the property or simply unwinding by the pool, everything felt luxurious and well-thought-out. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be [mention any minor issue, e.g., room service delays or Wi-Fi connectivity, if applicable. However, this did not take away from the overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Madhubhan Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

I recently stayed at Madhuban Resort. The property, food, and overall service were excellent, and I truly enjoyed the experience. However, the check-in process was disappointing. The way the reception staff handled guests did not meet the high standards I was expecting from a reputed resort like Madhuban. With such a beautiful property and great hospitality in other areas, I believe the front desk experience should be more welcoming, smooth, and professional.

The resort is a delight and is very well kept. The hospitality is also exceptional and from the restaurant to front desk, all you will see are smiling faces. The rooms are huge, as is the pool, which is probably a highlight of the resort. The spa is thoroughly professional, managed seamlessly by Radhika. It is one the best therapies I have ever had. Aziz Ahmed managing the front desk is not only efficient, but always thinking how he can make his guests visit a memorable one. He went far and beyond to ensure we would be longing to come back. The food was also delicious and it is fair to say that the restaurant staff are the best in the entire property. Krunal and Mayank ensured we had a great time at breakfast and dinner ***** with their entire team. The only down side of this resort is that the prices are extremely steep. If you are looking to spoil yourself, this is the place to go, but at a hefty price tag.

Extremely Disappointed – A Nightmare Experience at Madhuban Resort We had booked 7 Mandavi Gom cottages for 1 night on 28th June, expecting a peaceful and premium stay. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be the exact opposite. The service at the 24x7 restaurant was absolutely pathetic. The waiters seemed clueless about the menu and were literally fumbling with our orders. Our entire order was wrongly served, and to make things worse, all the breads were uncooked. We had to call the head chef ourselves to show him the problem, and even he agreed they were improperly cooked. Despite that, the issue was not corrected and we were left hungry and frustrated, having to walk out of the restaurant without eating but paying a bill of 13k. To add insult to injury, their prices are absurdly high—for example, ₹250 for a glass of chaas, but the food quality and service are far below even basic standards. The baked macaroni wasn’t even baked, and although we had ordered à la carte, they served items from the buffet without informing us. What’s more shocking is that despite all these complaints, no one from the management even tried to make up for the poor experience. No apology, no compensation, not even a genuine effort to improve our stay. The final straw was when we requested a few lemon slices to our room and were told we’d have to order an entire green salad just to get them! Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly, they are only interested in looting customers, not serving them. This place is a disaster in the name of a resort. We do not recommend Madhuban to anyone looking for even basic hospitality. They have zero regard for customer experience, and it was a total waste of money and time.
