Reception: The staff at the reception were incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any requests during my stay. Rooms: The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast and Restaurant Services: The breakfast offered a great variety and high quality, and the dinner dishes were delicious and well-prepared. Services and Common Areas: The common areas were well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. SPA/Wellness Centre: The wellness centre was a relaxing haven, and the staff were professional and attentive during treatments.

Amazing staff, delicious food and customer service on the high level. Everything was perfect. Staff was always smiling and ready to help us. Very comfortable bed, spacious and well equipped room. Ski lift just in front of the hotel - perfect location.

We loved the hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and catered very well to a group of 10 children and adults of a variety of ages. The location is perfect, right in the centre and just a few steps away from the gondola. The pool and spa was absolutely perfect after a long day on the slopes. The food was delicious, the bar staff were fabulous, lovely giorgia looked after us very well along with our cheerful waiter at dinner. thanks for a great stay, I would defiantly come back to this hotel.

Siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Un grazie speciale a Enrico per i suoi ottimi consigli, sempre preziosi e puntuali. Anche la nostra cagnolina Isotta è stata accolta con affetto e si è trovata benissimo. Un luogo dove si respira ospitalità sincera, perfetto per rilassarsi e sentirsi i benvenuti. Torneremo con piacere!

Hotel molto molto carino, esperienza da ripetere. Camere confortevoli, noi eravamo in una quadrupla ed era molto larga e comoda per tutti, pulita (complimenti alle signore delle pulizie), letti comodi e bagno amplio. La cucina spettacolare, complimenti al cuoco! colazione molto abbondante con varietà di dolce, salato, frutta, verdura .... cena a tre portate più dessert favolosa. Personale gentile, disponile, educato, ottimo! spa e wellness molto bella il lettino a gravità zero spettacolare... un paio di amiche hanno fatto un massaggio ed hanno detto fatto molto bene, anche qui complimenti. Insomma la nostra esperienza è stata da 5 stelle, da ripetere e consigliatissimo anche con bimbi molto piccoli.
