الشقة مجهزة بالكامل ولكنها قديمة بعض الشيء. أنا حقًا أحب الشرفة الكبيرة ذات النوافذ التي يمكن الخروج منها!

Bon Hotel, la chambre réservée est quipée de table, vaisselle, de chouette mobiliers, une salle de bain un peu vieillotte ainsi que les sols et les murs, peut-être à rénover, mais cela reste bien. Arrivée en chambre, j’ai du réinitialiser la télé qui ne comportait aucune chaîne.

فندق مصاب بالبق. أشعر أن إدارة الفندق قد تخلت عن الفندق. لا صيانة ولا مكان للشكوى. للهروب بأي ثمن. إنهم لا يريدون حتى استرداد أموالي في الليلة الكابوسية. دعم الصور.

هذه الشقق قديمة وأثاثها متدهور وتفوح منها رائحة الرطوبة الشديدة. كان هناك بعض الأوساخ في الحمام وتحت الأسرة، وهو شعور سيء عام. يتم حضوره 4 ساعات يوميًا وساعتين في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، لذا إذا كانت لديك مشاكل، حظًا سعيدًا. على سبيل المثال، انقطعت الكهرباء في الحمام ولم يتم إصلاحها حتى اليوم التالي. لا توجد خدمة تنظيف، ولا مواد هلامية، ولا شامبو، وعدد قليل من المناشف، إذا قضيت 5 أيام مثلي، ستبدأ في تفويت خدمة التنظيف، ولهذا السبب فهي رخيصة جدًا. إلى كل هذا، إذا نظرت إلى المدرجات فهي مشتركة ومن السهل فتح الباب، مما يمنحك شعورًا معينًا بعدم الأمان. أعطيها نقطتين فقط لأنه من السهل ركن السيارة إذا كان لديك سيارة مستأجرة. إذا رأيت تعليقًا مثل تعليقي، فمن المؤكد أنني كنت سأدفع أكثر مقابل موقع آخر ذي جودة أعلى.

لا يوجد ماء ساخن، وكسر في قدم السرير والتلفزيون معطل (مشكلة في الاتصال) لا يستطيع السكرتير فعل أي شيء حيال ذلك، والأمر متروك للمدير لفرز ما هو الخطأ قبل استئجارها. غير مقبول لذا لا أوصي بهذه المؤسسة. أنا لا أعيد تأسيسها.

خيار جيد للإقامة في بروكسل. عملي ومريح.

There was spiders in room and walls have rusty and room in unkept condition- one of the plugs broken off the wall

The flat was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, microwave,fridge , kettle,and utensils. The bathroom wasn't as modern as the flat but shower and towels were good. It's about 30 minutes by bus from the centre, but cheaper than a similar option in the centre and the bus stops both ways are close by. I'd stay again. No English channels on the TV only downside for me

Health Issue with Mold in Room; TVs not working I had stayed at a number of budget hotels in my 30+ years of traveling. Even at a budget hotel it should be clean. When I checked in, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. After some discussion they moved me to another room which was cleaner but then the TV didn't work. I again raised this to their attention and they said only two TVs work in the buiding and they were renovating and did not have a timeline of when the TVs would be working for anyone. Even at a budget hotel mold is not acceptable and is a health issue. The listed amenity of the TV is not working so that should be removed as an amenity and that is false advertising. I shall file a formal complaint with the commission in Brussels regarding this establishment. Any room with mold should not be rented out due to health issues until appropriate measures have been taken to completely remove the mold. Travelers should also be aware that this is an older building so it does take around 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Also as others have pointed out there really aren't any convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants or really anything in walking distance. I took the 98 bus (the 98 bus stop is on the street) into Brussels and it generally took around 30 minutes to get to the Grand Hall area. So you should be prepared for that if you plan to use public transportation.

Good value but with limited check-in Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft but overall as mentioned it was good value. Checkout is very early at 10am especially considering they don't allow you in the room before 16.
