"الفندق يتمتع بأجواء جيدة جدا. لا يوجد مكيف هواء ولكن الطقس بارد جدا ولطيف، لذلك كان من اللطيف أن يفتح النافذة وتدفق الهواء كان جيدا. وهناك طعام المطعم لذيذ جدا وسعره معقول الموقع يبعد عن المحطة حوالي 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام، ولكن هذا ليس سيئا لأنه يقع في نهاية البلدة القديمة ومن الجيد أن تنظر حول المدينة وأخذ سير. موصى به!"

"Hotel Bergidyll was a delightful experience. Stayed for 5 nights for a solo snowboard trip as a first timer in Andermatt The main service is phenomenal. From the moment you arrived you are assisted to your room. Room services and cleaning is exceptional. Shampoo bottle in my room was empty so it was replaced right away and the housekeeper kept apologising with a smile. Breakfast service You’re greeted with a smile straight away by the Blonde latina wait staff (forgot her name). She will ask for your coffee preference. Then the next day I have a sore throat probably from skiing and catching a cold, once she heard my voice she asked me if I was okay and offered to make me a ginger and honey tea which blew my mind as this is a well above service. Such empathy and care towards guest that you rarely see nowadays in any hospitality accommodation, even the expensive 5 star hotels. Dinner I ordered the carbonara and soup of the day. Pasta was beautifully cooked and made authentic with the egg, guanciale and cheese. Room I would say room is adequate enough for 1-2 person. Just missing a TV. But other than that, you get everything you need in a hotel amenity Location Great spot I would say. 5 minutes walk from Andermatt train station and close walking distance to the main Gûtsch Gondola express Hotel lobby has a cozy Swiss Chalet vibe that you can sit down, drink some coffee or beer. Overall I would say what made the stay exceptional is the above and beyond hospitality from the front staff and the location as well makes it convenient. Would definitely come back again"

"The hotel is incredibly close to the train station. It's just a 500-meter walk after you exit the station and cross the road – definitely not as far as it looks on the map! The amenities are excellent, with high-quality furniture, appliances, and linen. It's equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it very convenient to use. There's a children's play area nearby, and our kids absolutely loved it, having fun every day. Our entire family hopes to have the chance to stay here for a longer period next time."

"The location is fantastic, the rooms are very spacious, the price/performance ratio is good, and the host is very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that limit our rating to 4 out of 5 stars, and that's a very close call. The friendliness clearly makes the difference here. - The streetlights cast a lot of light into the bedroom (No. 7) when you want some fresh air in the room with the window/blinds open. - The breakfast is varied, but unfortunately, there's no local cheese or jam/honey (everything is pre-packaged), and the coffee tastes awful. - The restaurant has a creative menu, but the food is just good, nothing more. The children's pasta had more sauce than pasta, the mixed salad had very little "mixed" ingredients, and the baked pasta dish was quite bland. It's probably a tough market for restaurants and hotels, and a few minor issues would be enough to earn a solid 4 stars. We wish them continued success and can just barely recommend them. P.S.: Why is the ski boot dryer on in the garage where only bicycles are currently parked?"

"أقمت في هذا الفندق مؤخراً مع عائلتي ، وللأسف كانت تجربتنا فيه بعيدة عن مرضي .. منذ اللحظة التي وصلنا فيها ، كان لدينا مواجهة لقضايا عديدة. لقد أصيبت الغرفة بالحشرات ، بما في ذلك الحشرات الكبيرة غير المعتادة حول حجم الفاصوليا مما جعل المكان غير نظيف وغير مريح. كانت الغرفة كبيرة ونظيفة ومشرقة في كل مكان. تحت السطح يوجد حوض استحمام ، ودش صابون ومناشف. من السلبيات أيضا وجود غلاية الماء مما يسبب مشكلة في الحمام. وما يزيد الأمور سوءاً أن الحمام (المرحاض) لم يكن له باب على الإطلاق. كان هذا الافتقار إلى الخصوصية أمراً مزعجاً للغاية لإقامة العائلة، كما كان علينا أن نعلن كلما احتاج أحد إلى استخدامه. كان النوم تحديا آخر. لقد أيقظنا عدة مرات في الصباح الباكر بسبب الضوضاء الصادمة من القطارات القريبة وعمليات البناء الجارية. بالاضافة الى ذلك لم يكن لدى الفندق خيارات طعام على مستوى الموقع لايوجد مطعم او حتى مطعم رئيسي يعني اضطررنا للبحث عن اماكن لتناول الطعام لكل وجبة في المجمل، لم تلب هذه الإقامة توقعاتنا من حيث الراحة والنظافة أو وسائل الراحة الأساسية. لا أوصى بهذا الفندق للعائلات أو أي شخص يبحث عن إقامة مريحة و خالية من أي نزل ."
