"I have stayed there with my family for a nearby hospital consultation, as i had to spend long time in hospital i have requested for late check out in the morning itself and they said ok, but when i was at hospital they called and said me that they cant allow delayed checked out, that troubled me a lot."

"Nicely painted hotel but rooms have some kind of bad smell and toilets doesn't have proper exhaust. Some drunk people are making too much of noise and management seems to do nothing about it. Manager is clueless"

"hotel is very near to Cochin Airport. The amenities given in the hotel are good and praise worthy. Staff are helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant is tasty. the rooms are maintained cleanly and tidy. The size of the room is somewhat small. TV cable did not work during our stay. conveyance in airport area is a bit costly and we have to make arrangements for cab or auto well before to avoid tension. over all our stay is excellent"
