We had the best vacation!! The service was outstanding ( We don’t speak Chinese and everyone was so kind and helpful). The location is also amazing, walking distance from the “Skyland Park”. The breakfast was also very good (  multi Western and Chinese options). Highly recommended ❤️ The kids already ask when are we coming back 😆

住宿體驗簡直太棒了！一進房間，那種整潔和清新感撲面而來。房間的佈置非常温馨，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一躺上去就不想起來。酒店的設施也很齊全，電視、空調等電器都運行良好，而且熱水充足，洗澡特別舒服。浴室裏的洗漱用品質量也不錯，用起來很放心。酒店的服務更是沒得説，工作人員都特別熱情周到，每次遇到問題都能及時幫忙解決。早餐也很豐富，各種食物應有盡有，味道也非常好。酒店的位置也很方便，周邊交通便捷，出行很方便。

衞生：4.5分吧。其他都還好，衞生間還是有點異味，酒店需要關注，能解決就更好了。

早餐：菜品種類中規中矩，口味也不錯，味道大人孩子都滿意。
松鼠酒店樓下的開放公園→松鼠部落，真的有松鼠🐿️，園林設計很Q很童話感，應該很戳10歲以下的寶寶，可玩度還是不錯的，至少能遛半小時娃，。可惜我家高中了。。。我這個中年少女逛得倒是超開心，感覺回到童年😏
酒店送了熊貓樂園的門票，但不含樂園裡的兩個必刷項目，兩個項目單項120元性價比一般。較大小童推薦高空漂流吧，比較刺激，5分鐘結束。天空飛車沒體驗。
酒店送的雲上草原樂園VIP通道，真的很棒，讓我們不用排隊玩必刷項目，篤悠悠逛着玩一天就把樂園刷完了。
這次帶孩子來玩雲上草原，我覺得最正確的決定就是選擇了度假村的酒店，整個度假區的環境和硬件軟件，都出乎我的意料。尤其是度假區的服務理念，讓我印象深刻。從添加了管家的微信開始就安心出行放下焦慮了。遊玩期間我們每次聯繫管家都有求必應，真的很給力。有管家的貼心照顧，出行有專車和景區VIP通道，每個服務人員都笑臉相迎，讓人在陌生的地方也倍感親切。酒店和景區的高品質服務給我解決了所有後顧之憂，高中生也説這次玩的很開心。8.30開學前雲上之旅非常滿意，我女兒説這個景點可以二刷，我也很想再帶長者來度假區遊玩體驗一下！
雲上草原景區“快速通道票”:超棒
熊貓部落探險樂園成人票:性價比略低，更適合12歲以下小童深度遊玩，有各種萌寵動物。必刷項目還是挺刺激的。

作為一個湖州人，居然第一次帶長者孩子去安吉雲上草原度假村，因為主要考慮親子，所以最後選擇了松鼠部落。兩天一晚的行程中，特別滿意的就是管家的服務，雖然出現了一點點小插曲，但是管家解決的非常迅速，早餐我們7點鐘去的，非常好，第一波吃的，泳池是小朋友最喜歡的，房間買的是攜程活動房，還送了熊貓部落的門票，對比其他，性價比很高，總體來説，這次臨時起意的出遊還是比較滿意的。
