Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

There are many B&Bs to choose from, but there are only a few that are suitable for parents and children. It is recommended to compare them carefully. It is important to have rich entertainment projects to consume your children’s energy! We brought two children with us this time, and after screening we chose Zhubai Yijing B&B. The service is very meticulous. ▫ Barbecue is available outdoors with a canopy, and there is a pool table, karaoke room, and independent mahjong room indoors ▫The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows and a whole-house smart system ▫Baby’s constant temperature direct drinking water heater is very convenient for making milk and drinking water. 🍛 Enjoy breakfast at the B&B, rich and filling For lunch, we recommend Alujia·Anji cuisine on the tip of the tongue, which is cost-effective ㅤ

I like the decoration of the homestay very much. It should be considered a very new one here, and it is really clean. There is a large public space on the first floor. You can drink coffee and chat together. The location is very convenient. It takes 1 minute to walk directly to the entrance of Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area. There is a convenience store next door. Opposite is a very atmospheric bistro and there are many restaurants. We also have a large terrace outside the room. We eat and drink outside at night. The chat is very comfortable. There is a huge projector in the room. It is cool to watch a movie in bed and plant grass! The breakfast is made by the boss himself. The fried noodles and millet cakes are delicious. It is forced to push. The proprietress also helped us buy tickets for the scenic spot and gave us umbrellas and raincoats. I usually go out to play in the hotel. This homestay is really worth five stars. I will recommend it to friends ～

We arrived late that day, but the boss waited patiently and prepared all the necessary fruits and desserts for check-in, which was very good👍 The environment is shown in Figure 1. I dare say this is the best hotel in terms of environment and location. The view is great and you can hear the sound of the stream when you open the window (I have to mention the sound insulation here, the windows are really awesome 🐮) Picture 2 The whole room is equipped with smart control, JMGO projector, Lefen hair dryer and other accessories (even steam eye mask and earplugs!!). It can be seen that the boss was very careful when decorating the B&B, unlike other B&Bs that only pursue beauty instead of quality. The breakfast is also very exquisite, with different dishes every day ~ delicious - On the first floor there is a KTV, chess and card room, billiard table, game consoles, claw machines, and a digging machine for children, which is very suitable for a family vacation. This time we also had a barbecue, a big table full of food, and watched the stars on the terrace at night, which was very pleasant~ There is Yunshang Grassland near the B&B (very close), and there is also a Baozang Reservoir which is super beautiful and there is no one in it, so it is very photogenic! ! Don’t worry if you come by train, there are charging stations in the parking lot next to the B&B (at your own expense~). It’s super convenient and you don’t have to worry about mileage anxiety. In short, I highly recommend this homestay. I will come again if I have the chance. The configuration is really comfortable.

I chose this store for my birthday and the experience was great! As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the scenery outside the window. The scenery was pleasant and it was perfect for vacation dates. I didn't expect the store to be so intimate, and I sent champagne, and the sense of ceremony was directly full. Tasting delicious fruit and cakes, drinking champagne, and watching your favorite animation, it is not too pleasant. And it is very close to the cloud grassland, skiing is super convenient, this birthday is super happy, strong Amway!

I rarely review, but this time I have to. The overall feeling is very good! From the moment I booked the room, the boss took the initiative to provide a travel plan. Later, because it was raining, the boss patiently gave some travel suggestions, so I took my family to visit ”Waterfall Coffee” very happily, which was very good! The room is clean and tidy, and the overall living experience is excellent. Many details show the owner's hospitality, from toiletries, bedding to entertainment facilities, etc., which is completely comparable to a five-star hotel. The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and pay great attention to the service quality and the guests' stay experience. They have been constantly telling the staff how to improve the service details and quality. There are many memorable moments. The boss gave us beer and snacks and joined us for karaoke. After breakfast, we invited everyone to taste freshly ground coffee and fruits. Before leaving, he gave detailed travel suggestions with pictures and texts and gave us souvenirs. This is a newly opened B&B, an entrepreneurial project of a couple born in the 1980s. After staying here, you can experience the cultural heritage of the couple, their original intention and determination to start a business, and their yearning for a better life in the future! I am very satisfied with this stay experience, and I am very optimistic about the boss’s B&B project! The boss is constantly optimizing the configuration of various facilities, so our family is very much looking forward to our next stay!

I would like to visit this hotel again. My children were very excited when they saw the bunk beds. The 1.5-meter bunk beds are very spacious... The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Rafting, Panda Tribe, Yunshang Grassland, etc. For river tracing, you can choose between double water lines or empty wells. We went to Shuangshuixian River Tracing. I originally wanted to play Panda Tribe, but the kids didn’t want to go out when they saw the big swimming pool of the B&B! With a water depth of 50 centimeters and 1 meter, my sister and brother had a lot of fun! The boss is super nice...very considerate...the decoration is completely in line with my aesthetics, and the photos are very photogenic. We were also lucky enough to see a rainbow🌈. It was very comfortable to lie on the lounge chair outside the room, drink coffee and relax👍Yes, and yes You can watch it on a large projection screen in the room...

I really lived in the fairy homestay. When I first checked in, I felt very new and clean. After staying for two days, I really felt that the store was operating this homestay with care. The wall of the stairs was painted by my children, which was very good. The desktop water dispenser has achieved the freedom to drink hot water, the disposable toothbrush is very easy to use, not to mention the disposable toilet pad is ready, even the corners of the balcony door are covered with anti-collision strips, the bath water is very hot and the water is large, and the details are really moving. There are uncles and aunts, no matter what time we come back, we are waiting for us. When we came back last night, it rained and the wind was very strong. Uncle also came to help me with an umbrella. I left early this morning. Auntie not only boiled eggs for us, but also fried dumplings made by her own home, so that we could take them on the road. I haven't written such a long evaluation for a long time, it's really great, see you next time!

I came to Anji with my wife after the holidays and chose a B&B near Waterfall Coffee, an internet celebrity attraction. Very pleasantly surprised, the room is very spacious and the facilities are new. Because it was the off-season, the sister of the B&B upgraded our room for free. Sitting on the balcony, you can hear the sound of the stream nearby, which is especially helpful for sleeping at night. My wife was very satisfied with the disposable bath towels provided in the bathroom. At noon, I ordered farmhouse food at my sister’s house, which was also delicious! Anyway, I will stay here again next time I come~
