The Westin Goa

Wonderful stay at The Westin. Every single member of staff were super friendly and accommodating. The pictures they use to advertise the resort does not do this place justice. Better in person than pictures. Would for sure stay here again when next in Goa without hesitation.

Kudos to housekeeping staff for impeccable cleanliness. Good service but minute let downs.

Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even Manager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly. The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

We had the most wonderful experience at The Westin Goa while celebrating my husband’s and daughter’s birthdays over a special weekend — and the entire team went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Bhawana from Guest Relations for her warmth, attention to detail, and incredible hospitality. She made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Yash at the Front Desk was equally amazing — always helpful, courteous, and ready with a smile. A very special mention to the Lost Prevention Team, who helped me recover a lost gold ring — something extremely precious to me. Their swift and sincere efforts meant the world. Also, huge appreciation for Chaitali from the Family Room Team, who took such good care of our kids and kept them joyfully engaged — giving us time to relax while knowing they were in safe hands. What truly stood out is that we never heard a “no” from anyone at the hotel. Every single request — big or small — was met with a “Sure, we’ll take care of it”, “It will be handled”, or “Consider it done.” That kind of positivity and assurance made our experience stress-free and full of joy. Everyone at the hotel — even those whose names we didn’t get a chance to note — deserves a 10/10 for their hospitality. The staff across the restaurants, housekeeping, and service teams were exceptional in every interaction. And of course — the food! From the delightful breakfasts to the lavish dinner buffets, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and served with so much variety. We looked forward to every bite! We left with full hearts, happy memories, and immense gratitude. Thank you, Westin Goa — we can’t wait to return!

Stayed in Westin Goa for 7 nights and was treated very special from the start of the check-in to the moment of checking out. What hospitality and professionalism the Westin staff has demonstrated. From the front desk manager, Mr. Yash Katiyar, to the restaurant, lounge, and spa staff, everyone was courteous and professional. The evening executive lounge happy hour in the 2nd-floor bar/snack room offered tasty dishes that I enjoyed four times and am still thinking about. The 90-minute signature spa treatment was also a blessing. Can't wait to have such treatment again.
