"This stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is situated right by the river, offering expansive views of the river from the window. The common areas are elegant and spotlessly clean, and the guest rooms are immaculate with full amenities, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation that makes getting to attractions and shopping districts a breeze. The front desk staff who checked us in were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They proactively helped with our luggage, thoughtfully guided us to our room, and were patient and attentive throughout. The complimentary value-added services were a real treat: afternoon tea, fresh fruit, tea, and snacks were available during the day, making it a very pleasant way to relax after sightseeing. Later at night, we could even get a bowl of piping hot sour soup noodles, which was wonderfully comforting. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made us feel at ease. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. It was an excellent experience for a family trip, and we'll definitely return for future travels. I sincerely recommend this hotel to other visitors."

"The room is very good! The management is too bad! I arrived at the hotel at almost eleven o'clock in the evening. After washing and preparing to go to bed, I didn't have the TV remote control and couldn't turn off the TV. I called the customer service center and arranged a man in his fifties to come. I said there was no remote control, but he didn't believe it and went into the room to look for it! I said someone was sleeping, but he still had to make sure that the remote control box was not empty! Or is it a Swiss 🇨🇭 hotel? Is the management like this? Why did the lady arrange a man to go to the guest room when she called? What's more interesting is that no one answered the customer service center call at night, or they hung up on me! The air conditioner return vent kept buzzing, and it was still buzzing even if the air conditioner was not turned on! I almost didn't sleep all night! I called the customer service center at six in the morning and no one answered. I went to the front desk clerk and was sleeping! There was no greeting throughout the whole process. She said she didn't hear the phone ringing! The breakfast was very rich. No one cleaned the empty plates during the meal. I couldn't find the waiter. When I came out, several people were chatting at the front desk outside the restaurant! Only the cleaner greeted the guests when he saw them!"

"أنصح بهذا الفندق بكل أمانة! المكان هادئ وأنيق بشكل عام، تشعر بالخصوصية نظيفة ومرتبة، وبمجرد دخولك إلى الغرفة، وتتميز بترتيبات معقولة، وبكل ما تحتاجه. السرير ناعم ومريح، ووسائد الاستحمام متوفرة بشكل جيد، موظفو مكتب الاستقبال لطيفين وودودين، وسرعة في الاستجابة للطلبات. الموقع سهل جدا للسفر و الأكل، السعر مرتفع جدا مقابل الخدمة، تجربة الإقامة كانت مريحة جدا و قد تم تجميعها و اختياري الأول لرحلة القادمة!"

"تم تجديد الفندق العام الماضي ، بشكل عام لا بأس به. الآن في موسم الذروة ، قام مدير اللوبي بترقية غرفة مع منظر على النهر. الغرف كبيرة ، يمكن إطلالة النهر إلى نهر هان في الطابق العلوي. من النافذة المطلة على النهر ، والتي تطل على النهر بشكل جيد. ولكن الضوضاء من الشارع يمكن سماعها. عطلة العيد بسبب الصيد حيث تسبب اللحاق بالمبنى في حفر البانيو في وقت متأخر من منتصف الليل وابلغت مديرة اللوبي بانه لا يمكن التوقف مع الإصلاح المؤقت ولكن وعدنا بتوفير غرفة راحة مؤقتة ورفضنا السماح لنا بالإزعاج ولم نرغب في اعطاء الغرفة مرة اخرى رغم قلة الإهتمام بالعمل.. الفندق قديم نوعاً ما. الغرف جيدة ، والأثاث قديم. الإفطار وفيرة ، ولكن يمكن أن يكون أكثر سخونة. إذا تم تزويدنا بقهوة أخرى ، فمن الأفضل أن تأتي في وقت آخر. في نهاية المطاف ، في الفندق جميعهم من الأجانب ، وهذا يمكن أن يكون أكثر دفئًا. يوجد مواقف للسيارات في أرضية الفندق وأسفل ، مواقف السيارات في الأرضية ليست كبيرة ، يوجد الكثير من مواد البناء ، يوجد الكثير من الأوساخ ، كما يوجد سيارة تم إحضارها في الصباح الباكر من الفندق ، وعند مغادرة الفندق في الصباح الباكر يتم إحضار مواد البناء في غضون عشر دقائق."

"This hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short walk to Wanda Mall, making it easy to grab meals, shop, or relax in the evenings without needing transport. Staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help with requests big and small. A nice surprise was the free washing machine available for guest use — a huge plus for longer stays or when traveling light. Rooms were spotless throughout the stay, and the big TV was a great touch for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable stay, and one I’d happily book again."
