I chose the larger double room and was surprised at how large and spacious it was. It was a nice cozy room with a balcony. My room was located near the elevator and that did cause some noise and a bit of difficulty getting sleep but not all room will be like this. Some people might find the facilities old but it did not bother as it still had a cozy feel to it. Service was good and helpful.

The room is old and poorly soundproofed. There is no tea or coffee. There is no bottled water. You have to ask the front desk to get it. The sheets are very clean. There are only two bottles. It is not clear what is inside, whether it is shampoo or gel.

The location is excellent, next to Kyzylay Square, there are a huge number of cafes, restaurants, shops. At the same time, the alley where the hotel is located is very quiet. It takes half an hour to walk to the Old Town. The room is large, there is carpet on the floor, the radiators are always warm, the mattresses are quite comfortable, the linen is clean.
