Convenience and luxury converge in Ann Arbor

Just Okay Location was great for us as we were here for spring football game. The condo was in an odd location, but parking was easy. The shower was nice and big, good for someone in a wheelchair. The downsides was bedding that was not fresh looking. You can immediately tell that at some point this condo was completely lived in, due to cracks in the floor and the cabinets. It may have been cleaned but didn't really have a clean manicured look to it such as bedding was not nice and neat, the complimentary bathroom items were mismatch. It appeared to just be stuff left behind from other guest.Be aware there is only one tv at this property. Overall it wasn't bad for the price, it was just a little underwhelming from what I am use to. The

Hidden Gem! Slightly off the beaten path, this condo was a great fit for our family!! The condo is located within a short (less than 10 minutes) drive to U of M, the children's hospital, shopping, parks, and lots of great eateries. The condo was stocked with Kuerig pods, tea, towels, paper towels, and tons of bathroom toiletries. If you have more than 4 guests, I recommend telling the host prior to arrival as we didn't have enough dinnerware to serve the 5 of us. We had good communication with the host during our stay as they were quick to respond. However, I did not receive the arrival email until 18 hours before arrival. We also had to ask for the wifi password as it was not included in the arrival email or printed on-site. Still, I would say overall communication was very good. We would love to stay again!

Perfect Stay for Families with Exceptional Hospitality The hospitality was exceptionally kind, making it perfect for families. The check-in process was easy, and we encountered no safety issues at all, contrary to concerns mentioned in other reviews. Additionally, the property was impeccably clean.

Cute apartment so close to the stadium!! This is a cute, roomy apartment close to the Big House, Crisler Arena and all of Ann Arbor. Very clean and well equiped. Tucked back behind a couple of office buildings so quiet at night. Parking is available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location Place was cozy, near everything. Kitchen was large enough to cook in which is what I was looking for.
