A Victory Inn & Suites - Ann Arbor

The hotel is no where near to be what is described in website. As for out door, pool is empty and everything looks abandoned but I could let that passed if the indoor was clean which was absolutely discussed Bathroom besides mold and rust , was shaving hair all over the sink from previous guest . Room smells ********* . A role hole in the felling, bedding smells dirty , carpete probably never clean curtains falling apart . The restaurant is closed, ballroom abandoned, I ask to buy water and not even that was available. Unfortunately I got in at 2 am and could not go anywhere. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE. I looked at the reviews before booking and that is why I decided for the place but never been more disappointed then that . I actually request a refund and they denied. And I’m honesty they should not even be open . Doors around the building was unlocked 24 hours with access to anyone.

The absolute WORST!!! Do not stay here!! I’m embarrassed I’m even here and want to spare you this experience. I don’t even know where to start. Disgusting. Dangerous. Smells. There’s literally a wad of gum on the wall. I was scared for my health and safety. This is the worst.

Absolute discussing, a dumb! Shower and sink did not drain properly and when you brought it to the attention they argued with you. There are no amenities, zero, none and yet they advertise them. READ the reviews and stay SOMEWHERE ELSE! You have been warned!

For starters I am embarrassed to admit I even stayed there. After 2 mishaps with the plumbing and nobody around to help my husband, I thought it could not get any worse - but it did. We left after two nights. They do not refund and they make you sign documentation that I have never seen before. Make sure you ask for lightbulbs and batteries for the remote, because the last guess probably stole them.
