The room was very spacious! Probably the biggest hotel room I have stayed in. Had a full kitchen and good sized refrigerator. It was clean and stocked well with towels. The older gentleman that tended breakfast was very attentive and nice! The breakfast had great variety and was really good. It was in a nice location and seemed like a really safe area; sort of away from other things. Make sure you get a parking pass. I didn't receive one from Kanesha (who was nice when checking me in.) Then on the day I was leaving she saw me walking from the Sheraton (where my sister and dad were staying) and said I could get towed if I parked there w/o a pass. (Thankfully I didn't get towed the two nights I stayed there.)

The hotel had very nice accommodations. Free laundry (with plenty of modern washers & dryers) was an unexpected plus. Myra was an excellent staff member, that made me feel welcome and very helpful. Definitely worthy of the Marriott moniker. 5 stars!!!

This Residence Inn was at a great location. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Myra. Ms. Myra was able to check us in very promptly and told us what the hotel has to offer. She also helped with letting us know of places to eat nearby as well as attractions to see. Will definitely come back here in the future.

I come to Baltimore often and choose to come to this Residence Inn. I call ahead as Myra adds her our personal touch as to what rooms are available on the top floor. I travel a lot and appreciate the small personal touches the people at the front desk can add to my hotel experience. Her personal touch does not go unnoticed. Thank you Myla.

Myra was fantastic! Positive and helpful! Always smiling! Helped me set up my app and register my electronic key. I had a mixup with my check in and she helped me correct it. I didn’t know I could do all of it through my app, but she took the time to walk me through it.

I had a wonderful stay as always when I come here to Bwi. The pillows to the kitchen make you feel right at home very clean very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone great prices and low deposit. Very safe area as well nothing suspicious going on around the hotel unlike some hotels. The staff is always welcoming happy and wonderful towards me. Myra Aaric and Gary all helped me with my stay very happy and sweet people. Looking forward to staying again

Always a pleasure to stay here. Rooms very clean bed comfortable and soft. With having a kitchen makes me feel right at home. Staff are always happy and talkative. When I need anything they jump on it. I’d stay here every time I come to this state.

I’d like to leave a special review for Myra the front desk assistant. Everytime I come here the past year now it’s always been a pleasure seeing her and having her check me in. She’s always dressed lovely and very happy. I love staying here at this hotel it’s beyond my expectations. Feels like an at home stay very comfortable and clean

Very nice hotel as is usual with Residence Inn properties . Well maintained and welcoming . Myra was especially friendly and helpful , she made our stay that much more enjoyable. Next time we are back in the BWI area , we will stay there again for sure.
