This is a comfortable and quiet hotel just a short walk from the city centre of Annecy. My room was large and very clean. Breakfast has a good choice of local produce, with nice filter coffee. The Courier Shopping centre which has a reasonably large Monoprix supermarket is just at the end of the street, which is quite handy. There is a BioFrais organic supermarket in the Nouvelles Galeries shopping centre which is a 10 minute walk away.

Charming hotel with lovely helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, great location, easy walk to the lake. Breakfast was so carefully and artfully put together, it was a delight to linger over. Highly recommend this hotel, such kind and welcoming owners and employees.

This is a fabulous find for those staying in Annecy! Quiet, secure hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast is a treat—wonderful selection of local fruit, fresh eggs, excellent croissants and fresh yogurt!

Cet hôtel est situé dans une rue calme. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables. Possibilité de se reposer dans le jardin et de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il manque juste une prise à la tête de lit. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle. Les toilettes sont séparées. Il manque une boîte de mouchoirs en papier, normalement disponible dans un *** Très bon accueil. Bons conseils. Parking à proximité réservé à l'hôtel moyennant un supplément. Prix correct.

Hôtel bien placé, à côté de la gare, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du Vieil-Annecy. Rue calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Derrière l'hôtel, superbe jardin, calme également avec des transats ou des tables et des chaises à disposition pour se relaxer. Parking (10 €, prix très correct vu l'emplacement) pratique. Evidemment, il est un peu serré, mais on peut quand même manœuvrer. Accueil de l'équipe de grande qualité: sourires, conseils, présentation d'Annecy avec remise d'un plan. Gros plus (depuis peu apparemment): location de vélos (musculaires ou VAE) possible directement à l'hôtel. Un vrai plus ! Chambre au top: calme, propre, literie confortable... Rien à redire. Petit déjeuner en buffet complet: salé et sucré, pain frais, fruits frais, produits locaux. Prix correct. J'ai ADORE mon séjour (3 nuits). Nul doute qu'en cas de retour sur Annecy, je reviendrai. Mille merci pour ce superbe séjour.

We loved Les Terrases
Apart from there being no one in Reception and the hotel being closed when we and other guests arrived, we had no complaints. The hotel exterior may look a little tired, but inside it is very comfortable. It is well located, parking is good and the garden is an oasis of calm. Breakfast is excellent value, the breakfast room is delightful and the staff very efficient. We would happily return. A laundry service would have been nice.

Charmant petit hôtel très bien situé ( proximité gare, lac et centre historique) personnel très disponible, et atmosphère alliant parfaitement le côté savoyard à notre époque ! Petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits locaux; seul point problématique : le parking qui est très limité en places et peu commode d’accès .
