出行途中住過最差的酒店，不推薦。但是前台的小妹妹服務態度很好，盡心盡力。好評，過年期間辛苦了。
1.酒店的電視訂了兩間房間均有問題，不是沒信號就是無法換台。
2.處理問題速度緩慢，從反饋到修理再到更換房間耗時1小時20分左右。反饋後問大概需要多久回覆衹有馬上過來處理無法給出準確時間。過了20分鐘才有個大爺上來檢修，檢修無果後再次反饋給前台，得到的答覆是 詢問一下上層領導是否能夠更換房間或是升級房型入住.得到的答覆也衹有 馬上馬上儘快 無準確時間答覆。屬實火大。而且酒店的處理方案是給了一張早餐券，請問一下我一個房間兩人入住您給一張是什麼意思？讓我掰開再兩人使用嗎？
3.酒店衞生問題堪憂，入住後發現床單有血跡，不清楚貴店的床單是如何清理以及保潔是如何檢查的？？？
4.酒店房間隔音奇差無比，凌晨一點被門口大姨的交流聲吵醒一次，三點被隔壁交流聲吵醒一次，早晨六點又被隔壁吵醒，貴店的牆和門是紙糊的是嗎？？？
5.開的兩間房其中另外一間居然沐浴露是空的？？？這讓我洗一半如何是好？難道要等沐浴露來了再洗一遍再冷一次嗎？？？

臨時定的酒店，顯示25年開業，住進去發現衞生間很破舊，衞生很差，由於是五一期間，價格很貴，非常不划算！以為25年新開業的酒店再怎麼滴差不到哪裡去，衞生間還有蟲子，刷新了我的認知，第一次住這麼差的酒店🤬🤬🤬

離安慶站很近，酒店有接站服務，非常方便。早餐種類可以，有現煮的餛飩麪條。房間很大，一層房間圓形大一圈，我們住的離電梯口比較遠，窗户不是城景，可以選城景房間視野開闊。酒店有自助洗衣烘乾服務，房間有贈送的小袋洗衣液，非常方便。房間還有水果酸奶，銀耳湯贈送。

新酒店，環境不錯，設備也比較齊全且新。但是前台和後期一套服務人員與旁邊維爾納國際酒店複用的，人一多的時候完全應付不過來。我們是六點多辦理入住的，很多房間都沒有清理打掃好，在前台等了二十分鐘吧，才順利入住。再説早餐，我是看評論説早餐豐富才預訂的，結果因為人太多後勤人員完全忙不過來。餛飩也來不及包菜吃的差不多了也來不及上到8:30左右菜就半空了，餐盤也沒了，麪條排隊人多， 9:00我們家人下來的時候連雞蛋都沒有了。總之，這些體驗感覺很一般

高鐵站免費接，機場免費送。接站送機的主管司機很熱情，很專業，駕駛很平穩安全。前台的小美女們很漂亮，非常熱情，禮貌，笑眯眯很可愛，辦理入住非常快捷，酒店的大堂氛圍很好，很喜歡這種感覺。房間裏還有歡迎水果，房間很大，衞生很乾凈，沒有異味，很喜歡客房裡擺放的洗浴用品的味道，細節衞生做得很到位，這個酒店管理人員是懂管理的，很專業。👍🏻👍🏻
