The hotel is in a great location, with convenient parking and charging stations, making it especially convenient for self-driving trips. The room amenities are also quite new. We arrived early and were worried about rooms being unavailable during peak season. Luckily, we found one, so we had a great rest. The front desk lady, surnamed He, was very friendly and patient. She had a cute, round face and was very easy to communicate with. Anshun is truly wonderful. I'd love to come back. The travel experience was so good that I've taken the time to type all this. The hotel is a new hotel that has just been open for a month. The environment is very good and the facilities are complete. I stayed for four days, but there are still many unpleasant episodes in the four days. When I checked in, the careless front desk gave our ID card to other guests. The room I stayed in that day had a particularly biting mosquito flying in from the air conditioner. I had no choice but to call the front desk to change rooms at ten o'clock in the evening. The front desk service attitude on duty that night was still very good. I always helped us carry our luggage. The next day, I specially told the front desk to clean the room. I went back to the room that night and found that the floor was still full of hair, which was suspected to have not been cleaned. So before going out on the fourth morning, I specifically told the front desk to clean up. At noon, the hotel called to ask if I would continue to live. After answering, I reminded me to clean the room again. I returned to the hotel room in the afternoon and found that it was still not cleaned. So I immediately called the front desk. The front desk immediately shied away and said that the cleaning staff had been informed. The cleaning staff said that I had not received any notice from the front desk. I would relay the words of the cleaning staff to the front desk and the front desk apologized to me. Although the hotel is fully equipped, the service attitude needs to be improved.
